This is my vision.

-United under one ruler the world would be better off, no land disputes, ethnic wars could be squashed by a 2 billion man military/police force

 

so you want a dictator...yes the ones the world has seen so far have been great

 

-all hunger would be ended by forcing the countries with too much to give it to the ones with not enough.

-Only having 1 representative for an entire country would end most power struggles, having a supreme tottallarian leader who could not be questioned would make things run smoother.

-Terrorists who opposed this government would be executed on site without question.

 

so someone who opposed the government would be a terrorist?.....or would they have to be wackos like the ones we have now?

 

-Free speech would be allowed, but openly defying the government would result in hard time and or punishment.

-Prisons would no longer be resorts like they are now, go back to the old system of hard back breaking work that the prisoners would be forced to do day in and day out.

 

All prisons are resorts...........maybe where Martha Stewart went but not all of them

 

 

-A space development program would be first priority, as the earths resources cannot possiblly last much more than 3 or 4 thousand years.

-A strict prohibition of prostitution and pornography.

 

This is the point that made me start this post. I guess if one of your family members were into this sort of thing you wouldnt want it going on but stop hating dude i need my porn.

 

-Colinization and global warming of mars would have a signifigant cut of the governments budget.

You watch way too many movies. there are no monsters under the bed that was just a book. maybe you can get the governator to set things up for you on mars sice he is they only one who has been there before.

 

-Due to the different natures of economies around the world, all economies would use one money type, and be given equal rights to all shipping lanes and all means of shipping transportation.

I suppose one "money type" would be nice although alot of people would be upset about loosing a peice of thier culture etc. etc. etc.

and for free trade it is difficult when you have one country with practically forced labor making goods that can be traded fairly to another country that has to actually pay its workers.

 

 

-All youth ages 18-25 would be forced to serve at least 3 years in the military branch of their choosing unless unable to due to disabilities.

-There would be a universal free healthcare code, made up for in higher tax rates.

good luck getting the rich people to pay higher taxes.
