First person view and castign during fights

I would like a first person view, i'm used to playing RPG and i always use first person for the roleplay aspect and becuse it helps me get into the game and also helps me navigate around.

 

For those of us that like playing caster/magic types i was wonderign why i can't cast while in battle, or is this what a summon is for?
