C ) Upload it to your webpage, or if you don't have one or use Geocities or a free host, find a free image hosting service. I use Photobucket. There's also ImageShack, or you can google for more. D ) Click on "My Controls" at the top of this page, and then scroll down the page and click on "Edit Avatar Settings" (Left side of the page). E ) Enter the URL of your picture where you have it hosted. Or, you can skip steps B and C, and use one of the "preset avatars". F ) Click on "Update Avatar" and enjoy your pic.
