hehe, skill requirements doesn't means guild isn't n00b one, only behaving of players that already are in... you can even set '5 skills above lvl 60 to join', and it wont change anything... just try to control what are your members doing.

Just fo you guys who dont know what 'methods' mean when cut_throat is in the same sentence it means tricking newbies into pk maps.

40 isn't really a 'high level', so I wouldn't really expect people with that level to be in guilds. At least 50-60 is high.
