autumn1983 Report post Posted February 18, 2005 (edited) I cannot do anything in the game because it constantly says resync with the server. How do I do that? I havn't been able to play because of that. Also it says that my frame rate is low... I have dsl and my computer has tons of RAm so what is up with that? freeone3000 Report post Posted February 18, 2005 RAM is good. DSL is overkill. I think dial-up is four times the amount of transfer we need. Might be processor, probably is video card. Type #glinfo in game, if you're not killed by white spam stuff (which is probably useful in some way important enough for them to make a command out of it), you need a new video card, or at least to update drivers and make it support OpenGL. autumn1983 Report post Posted February 18, 2005 it won't even let me enter any commands... I cannot do anything because it just says over and over "resync with server"
Ormus Report post Posted February 18, 2005 Try to turn off things like reflections. clouds and shadows..etc that helps my computer ru n the game by loads.
Malaclypse Report post Posted February 18, 2005 Additionally try to temporarily set #poor_man = 1 in your el.ini file. This may give you the chance to at least do anything in the game, so that we can see where the problem is.

freeone3000 Report post Posted February 19, 2005 (edited) That should be enough. Update drivers, then try again. Make sure to get the OpenGL 1.7.5 acceleration. Â To get the info, press Start, run, type in Dxdiag. Edited February 19, 2005 by freeone3000
