  1. Btw, what was KoDdy to do with this, still not understood his part in that :D

I think guilds that wanna safe guard against this, don't set enemies as total war, but change colour of their tag to show they're no nice people, while not allowing TTW scams. But since I myself don't have access to these commands in my guild, I don't know if that's possible, just an idea to safeguard your guildies :)

Yes, it's possible. My guild (HERB) has no 'enemies' set but several guilds tagged with color to indicate that their members are or are not to be trusted. And new members are told of this. Am curious if an officer of MOB set NH as 'enemy' without understanding what that means (with regards to Total War), and without changing the tag colour. As far as I know there is no point to setting another guild officially as 'enemy' unless you plan to participate in Total War.

Yeah, i learned after posting this that LotS does this too :D But might be useful for the guilds that have had victims to know

1-to remove all fees associated with TTW ( inc. Setting enemies becoming pacifist etc) Agree. I have thought about setting up two dummy guilds to have friendly fights anywhere, randomly with friends for fun many times, but the price to become pacifist again when returning to the main guild is off putting.

2-on setting of enemies an auto #IG is sent to the enemie guild asking for response They usually tell them anyway, so don't understand this one, but ok

3-all exp bug fixed so that it can't be used for training near or at sto I believe this has been sorted. No more a/d exp, and magic exp has stopped after all the sto MDing afaik :D

4-make all frags outside of a non drop map, non drop Yes! Yes! Yes! (apart from Drop PK maps, where you know the risk)

I still think TTW can be great, it just needs to be tweaked :> Me and you both ;)

    Bold text is my opinions

  4. Just browsed over this. So true! I laughed at the part where they describe how the four types of players view each other. Here's a favorite tidbit, "Sometimes, particularly annoying explorers will simply ignore a killer's attack, and make no attempt whatsoever to defend against it; this is the ultimate in cruelty to killers. [...] Killers regard socialisers with undisguised glee. It's not that socialisers are in any way a challenge [...]; rather, socialisers feel a dreadful hurt when attacked [...], and it is this which killers enjoy about it."

Haha, I can think of a few people who fit into these three categories for sure!

Yeah, I know people who fit those descriptions :P

  5. You are right nathanstenzel, mcw doesn't have mana.

Right, thank you, explains why the MCW I was trying to kill last invasion wasn't giving me any :D

TTR/TTP/INCTPR..cast those instead of using rings (expensive if cast often).

TTPR is a great way to travel quick and get magic xp, especially if you know certain places it can be used to have cheaper travel (what does a set of TTPR ings cost nowadays? i think i calced it at around 88-90gc from NPC or something)

    :D
