Wolfy, could you compare the trace between your PC and the gameserver while it's working and not working? Maybe on days when you can't connect, there is an other route to the gameserver, where port 2000 is blocked. This is only a guess, please do not post any IP addresses here, only compare. And if there is an other route, then this will be your problem.

I don't know if this could implemented, but it was there years ago in an other client. Charm is from vitality and instinct, so what about the more charm you've got the more you could see from the map? You hear/smell/see better. It could be in additional to that: Radu: "Right now, "perception" is also not used, but it will be used soon for night vision purposes (at night, you won't see as far as at day time, especially if you hide in a shadow). So the higher the perception, the more you can see at night. Perception could also be used in the upcoming skill, range/archery. Or we could rename "charm" to "aim", and use it in archery." Removing "botspam" (ppl call it so) from market channel is a very good idea. But... There are also some players who does not know about all the things which are buy/sellable in that game. They only hear about it from the bot's advertising. Or maybe other players suddenly need more water essences, because they are cheap from bot A, and decide to polish gems because of it (its only an example). So I think it is not so good to ban all the bots from the high frequency marketchannel. As someone mentioned above, it would be really nice to get one bot polling all the others and announce in an adjusted way cheapest bot on FEs or steel bars with price and location (should be random things). And also announce a rare item with bot name, price and location at a reasonable way to not annoy all the maket users. I think this will be fair for both bot owners and players. There wont be so much "spam" and players will be introduced in some bots, they do not hear about them before. In my opinion market is, where advertisement should be, maybe one/two ads per half an hour? This botchannel sounds good but it should be an additional not a full replacement. sue PS I'm botowner and my bots do not use the market channel.

Now my beloved perk will removed from the game - I took it from the beginning and took it after a reset, and this perk was always fair to me. Bravo PS sorry for the post, but I'm really angry now.

You should join a nice guild. They could help you in earning money with guild projects. For example, when I used to be in FEW, the whole guild made Reasoning Pots, we all hunted bones in a contest, some of us harvested quartz for the vials, we sold the meat and fur to get the money for the vials too. At the end everyone had so much fun and we got a lot money from Mira. Teamwork harvesting isn't so boring There is also so much stuff in the guild "pot", you do not need much money for armor, books or other.

Foehammer, do you know if there is a proxy configured in you internet browser? I think EL is trying to connect to the webserver, getting the update, but if you computer is not allowed to connect directly to port 80, it will show such message you posted. This is only a guess, I do not really know the client, I do not know what will happen when the update connection runs in a timeout, but I think someone else here could answer this question.

I voted "sure". This is one step more to make this game interessting, especially a PRO for guilds. One question: What about the bots, which are members of an enemy guild?
