Whilst there may indeed be more than one person, you are swapping and changing characters sharing and hopping all over the place trading together and with yourselves at every turn. Okay had a thought about the rate of stones/afk harvesters etc. The thought of a pop up window appearing upon finding a rare stone whilst harvesting, the window would remain for 30-60 seconds where the harvester has to accept it. Okay now before you all get your pitchforks and torches and try and build a bridge out of me.... 1st this could be a change to the being overloaded and losing the stone (thats so annoying) taht we get now. Youd get a little time to empty a bit from your inventory. Also if this was to lower the ammount of stones being found which could mean that the chance to find them could be increased, for those harvesters who are actually paying attention and playing the game.

I was looking at the secondary aspect of the suggestion mainly. How hard are stones to find nowdays and most of the ones i see for sale are sold by those who do a lot of afk harvesting. And a lot by those who do harvest gold for $. But it would be nice to actually be able to find a stone then again maybe this isnt the problem i can see and im just VERY unlucky with stones. but its something i have heard comented on several times so i doubt its only me. Im not talking about removal stones here, but just the typical binding/serp/enrichment. Yet there are a lot of the removals on market at anyone time as well. Now that would be illegal afaik

Nice job, yeah deffinatly shouldnt have any custom clothes in it imo. Just regular client stuff same with maps etc. Bit more of the skills other than fighting would be nice as well, some summoning, even harvesting (even if its just a bag of gold found the effects are nice)

Hmmm the update shouldnt be casuing any problems. A few other details will help. Pc specs , operating system, graphics card. Make sure you have the latest drivers for it. Also a full reinstall may help. Uninstall the game. then if you are on windows. go into my documents, and rename the folder called eternal lands to something else. Then try a reisntall (id suggest re downloading the game as well)

Check to make sure the sound files are in a folder called sound and not in a subfolder folder called sound. It should look like Program files/ Eternal lands/ Sound/ then all of the loose Sound files Not Program files/ Eternal lands/ Sound/ sound/ then all of the loose sound files

Okay im not a Pk'er However reading everyones posts from this and other threads How about reduced chance to drop in KF say 20% chance or 10% with the careful guy perk (might make that a more attractive perk as well then) That way you have less chance of loosing stuff, but also a better chance of getting some thing out of your pking. Of course same would have to apply to the monsters there as well.

Perhaps you should have done the same thing regarding the mini events. left them a few days before posting, and seen how they were in the grand scheme. in relation to your earlyer post than the one you linked to in this thread. That is not constructive critisism that is just whining.

A soft reset sounds like a good idea to me. But not linked to the gold membership at all. Just another service that can be purchased for some of those $$'s

Thats an odd place for an error to occur That card is getting on a bit, have you made sure he is running the latest drivers? Does s/he get to the name entry section of the client? If he is and still having no luck after updating the drivers try ctrl and O at start up and turning down the game settings. A full system spec and the error log would be needed really to help much more. You could always get your friend to join up to the forums so he can post the needed info

Hmmm there are quite a few different members of that chipsets family . Id try the drivers update option and the change of game settings and let us know if it helps at all

just missing the video card on the machine (the most important part ) And have you updated the drivers for it? however have you tried going into options at the character name entry point (ctrl and O) and diabling high graphics options, or enabling poor man (i usually try that to see if it will work, then slowly re activate the various options it disables) Also check your fire walls to ensure they arnt blocking el.

my documents eternal lands, will hold an error log.txt file (with allt he details in it) Yes please specs are always very helpful

Havnt played with video capture since i got my first ever pc but as that was only 3 weeks ago *cough* ill give it a go. Cant say it will be anywhere near good, but whats the worst that can happen

A lot of players have no troubles running el on laptops/notebooks. Perhaps you should start a new thread and we may be able to help you resolve the issue.
