Thanks to clever botcoders out there, some if not all Bots already have the ability to record trade information in this fashion, (which is then accessed via web-browser) is it that big a leap to do the same for players too, but ingame?

For teh record I like brod and hate mines, I have been hit by both and used neither and still think they should all stay in the game. Having said that, back on topic I completely agree that, since the game has changed so much, not only with COL improving health but other items as well, that a lot of things need reviewing and possibly updating. Including this perk.

What..I take a year off, then come back and THEN you post this up? boy does my timing suck. stannard (the player not the char that used to own it) still plays under another name i think. Toban went off to WoW and i doubt he'll be back. i'm posting xanter, sandcastle and antiroot here coz they deserve a "come back n play" as much as anyone. i'd post up brendal as well but he wont bloody leave.

One other thing that might be worth mentioning, even with newly purchased LAPTOPS (ha!) is to ensure your lappy has the most up to date BIOS from the manufacturers website. I purchased my dell and still had to download a more up to date Bios from their site within a week of getting it. The Bios determines the "omg i am too hotz and am shutting down" temperature for a laptop, and anyone with a 1525 dell will probably have found out by now that it was originally released with a lower Bios than could cope with games like EL, so a new Bios was put on Dells service/help site with a slightly higher value to the shutdown erm...thingy..wotsit. look, if you want the techy words, talk to dell, i just did wot they said ok?? hope that helps..somehow..

Using the same topic banner, I too would like to see a bit of revision to the recipes for lower level manu items. However, its more from an asthetics for the gameplay point of view, since we now have new ingredients more suited to old recipes than prior ingredients (IE using nails instead of bars to make boots etc, which I know has been brought up before in a suggestion topic or sixteen). So I support any rethink on old recipes that may need updating to fit into current gameplay, if it's possible to fit teh time in somewhere, for whatever reason. Trying not to steer this offtopic, think I succeeded for once.

I'm blue in the bum from all the ridiculous ways i train on mobs well below my a/d levels b/c it's fun and relaxing (and i get loads of drops). This doesn't help much, this post, does it? Oh well...vive la difference. and VIVA CHAOS.

No we absolutely do not. You're talking about crimping a market that can fluctuate freely by adding gc/item sinks using NPC characters. This is not a good thing. I am sure I shouldn't need to explain why, just search forums for complaints about gc sinks.

Why would legality even be questioned? it's a feature of the game mechanics, a requirement of the game itself, not a rule? No rules, just a feature, surely? It's no more a rule than say, requiring 10 human nexus is for using an artificer cloak is, isn't it? Or am I missing Teh Point entirely? Again?

OK Labrat, lets have an update please mate, been hoping for my patience to be rewarded but a lack of Passion in my EL life has kinda led me to not play anymore. I would like to know if theres any possibility of getting my bot back before her yearly bot charge is due to Radu again, and that's coming up fast again now mate. I realise ya got stuff to do and this is probably very low on your priority list to get her fixed up and running again, but if this IS the case then I'm gonna assume it aint gonna happen at all (no hard feelings about it, just being realistic) and I will inform Passions shareholders that the bot will not be back and will organise the final shareout. Somehow. I seriously hope however that it wont come to that and you will amaze, bedazzle and astound one and all by triumphantly making Passion appear again out of the virtual ether so she can stand on her box once more and pedal her wares. I too have faith in teh ratty ones honesty..and would like to point out the most obvious motive to selling agneum would probli be to pay for new hardwares(parts) and a return of teh server for teh bots as a result (possibly). yeah i know it sucks that our bots are down, but if u need to be making gc meantime, just manually log your bot on, clear it with mods to remove teh items for private sales from your main chars. I am sure this can be cross referenced with records of who owns which bot and can be allowed, despite teh obvious "no trading with alts" rules, if it came down to it...but defo check BEFORE you try it. Then just buy/sell teh hard way thru usual market dealing til labby sorts something. Safe.

Otherwise, sod em all, they can wait til u got teh time/patience/motivation to fix what ya can. Will keep tabs on this thread for further info that answers whether I need to be worried or not about another (omg please nooooo) host. I'm personally taking a short break from EL due to overheating issues (who knew england could have sunshine ffs??) but will be on around rent time to pay agneum our dues. - PYE *Pre add-post edit: YES we do have share holder stakes on passion bot, which is why negotiating lower prices takes time, dear reader, coz its not just a "my bot my £" decision.
