This has gone far enough. The bots forum isn't here for you two to wage personal warfare over who's code is better or enter into threats and legal debates.

And if you read post 1, you'll see that a bag jumper could use this same "protection" as a tool to make bag jumping easier. And if we used your logic, going in to PK can get you killed, so don't go in there unless you're prepared to die - right? But then the game adds summoning stones, better armor, invisibility, etc etc. You could say that all of those mean that going in to PK means you should live. Yet they don't. This idea doesn't mean that having a bag = right of ownership. Nor does it mean automatic protection if you get jumped. But alas, if you don't like the idea (and that is well within your rights), please, make a suggestion that has a similar effect against those in the community that attempt to ruin the fun of others without involving bags. I *seriously* would like to see such ideas. I understand this may not be the best idea. But if it can generate ideas that are good, I *want* to hear it. But start a new thread (no point having a good idea nixed because it derailed a thread).

This idea is NOT to make bags official. In fact, I even mentioned that not all tele nexus ends with actual movement. It's not cure all. A single mine isn't guaranteed to kill someone. Nor is it billed as a method of killing, just harming. It's a strategy to know how and when to use it for maximum effectiveness. This idea is the same thing

RC mines are good in what situations? PK maps and people with The One? Not sure that would do much good in areas where people use bags

For a crafter, they aren't really worth it. You can get more experience off the ingredients than making the ring. Much worse for the MMD. As far as market? I agree with Ermabwed, haven't seem them on market. But I have been getting more requests over the last 30-60 days for MD, MMD and RoPs. Not so much that I keep them in stock though. I still make them at the time the order is placed.

CEL's Lottery information was based on a feed from Gossip. Right now Gossip seems to be broken as I'm not getting any feeds from her. Many of you may have noticed how bad her harvest warnings were off. Not sure if this is a related problem or not. However, I am working on another solution. Obviously some testing will be required, but hopefully the lottery winners will be on the site again going forward

It's been my experience that players rarely remember when they started playing. I've had players tell me they've been in game for 7 years before :S And also, when asking about "oldbies" - you need to define what that means. I remember when the term was used more often that 1/2 the oldbies considered themselves elite b/c they had been playing 2-3 months more than the other 1/2. Quite petty, but they seemed to think it made all the difference in the world

When you do a fresh install with the 1.70 client, it installs a el.ini in your Eternal Lands program folder which isn't used. Just the one in the My Documents > main folder. Also the ini file is missing data. For example, in the video modes it only list 10 options and there are quite a bit more available.

Just guessing, but it seems that xp is based on difficulty. If you make it less difficult (take the perk) then you get less xp. Of course, if you are hitting more often (higher accuracy) it is possible that total xp can balance out or even be towards your advantage.

Irony - (i·ro·ny) noun Those that abused the situation most are now the same people who are pissed that there is now a rule against it. Perhaps next time you can wear a large target on your back or a sign that says "I cheat". There still may be some people on the forums that haven't figured out that took advantage of this situation.
