    I may have missed something,but I have asked on General Help.

    Is there a way to cancel a *casted* spell such as Teleport to Range

    if not can I please suggest a *Cancel Spell* Command be added to game.

    I have cast spell several times to test if i can tele to a certain spot,only to find not possible,and had to cast before i can walk

    If i,m missing something plze let me know

    Not sure where to put this post really,feel free to move it.

     

    I teled into Ws yesterday during Invasion (Tigers)

    When I walked over to Mobs I got massive re_syncs,which led me to hell and the loss of a rosto.

    There were other players at the time complaining of re-syncs

     

    My question,

     

    Was the problem server side?...if so I,ll stay away from invasions till fixed.

     

    or

     

    Is the problem with my P.C ?..in that case has anyone any suggestions for a fix?

    Shoot me down if you like (pun)

     

    How about bringing poison arrows into game/

    Maybe formula same as any existing arrow formula but + toadstools to mix

    or new formula completely.

    Maybe if you have this arrow in inventory there is a random chance you will use it instead of *normal* arrow,or make them expensive.

    Player who is hit would have to use poison antidote to neutralise.

     

    Obviously this would need more discussion,but I think the general idea is good.

    22 with 40yrs experience(does that make me the oldest E.L. player)?

    I have my own business(plenty time to play E.L.)

     

    - Do you have long history with computer games or is EL your "first love"?

    Started with Dragon 32..wrote *zakil Wood*(google it) lol..tried wow (no thanks)

     

    So let's start with "real" questions:

     

    1. The most important reason you play EL? (RL/EL friends, it's fun, you're just too addicted...)

    Takes me out of R.L.

     

    2. Is there any other reasons you play?

    Made good community friends/enjoy the chat/I like a challenge (leveling),,,some of the updates I HATE...some I LOVE(thats life)/the forums can be really interesting and funny !

     

    3. How did you find the game?

    Googled ..first one i tried from list(arent I lucky)

     

    4. How often do you play? (No need to tell how many hours you play in day, just tell if you play daily or few times a week etc.)

    Daily

     

    5. Have you tried any other MMORPG's and do you still play them? Why have you stayed in EL?

    Not keen on shoot em ups etc /prefer a long term strategy type of game

     

     

     

    6. Have you ever bought from EL shop? (Notice, if you paid someone gc to get you item or service from EL shop with RL money, it's also buying so please mention it. You get the product, Radu gets the $.)

    No, and that is one of the reasons I continue to play E.L. you dont have to spend to achieve your goals

    I REALLY like this idea,but at first glance looks *overpriced* but we will see.

     

    Stupid Questions..

     

    1.Does sun tzu day only apply to five players who perform ritual or all E.L ?

     

    2.If ritual performed 1 hr before E.L. day change ,do players only get 1 hr sun tzu or 6 hrs from completion of ritual?

     

    also if this could be implemented as a *guild* type event ,where if only guild members performed ritual ,then all that guild got sun tzu that would help guildie s *bond*

    Is there any way to change the color of poisond caltrops ,i have problems seeing them when i lay them.

    Any help would be appreciated

    I dont think you need to change the color , open your mini map (Alt+M) and the 'mines' appear as a dark blue dot

     

     

    ty for your reply ,but I mean on normal view not map

    I presume there is a mesh i can change but I cant find it

    WOW!

     

    A well thought out analysis of E.L. from an experienced player!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     

    You sound like EXACTLY the kind of player we DONT need in EL.

     

    I suggest you leave this game immmediately and never come back,got a feeling that would make us all happy!.

     

    Personally I feel better already knowing i,m not going to run into you in game.

    If you are over the cap - then you risk being banned for being in the map over max level. AFAIK thais is not officially approved
    I know this is off topic, but isn't only fighting monsters on such map considered as not allowed ?

     

     

    Just to clear up a point.

     

    I was/am over yesterdays pl invasion cap.

    I did a help_me to ask if I could enter pl to complete the harvesting quest only.

    I was was told no...not allowed.

     

    Not complaing just trying to clear up a point.

    I remember when I was noob,I was helped by players whose name i cant remember now!

    But there are players in game who will help you if you ask.

    When harvesting or in store just say *hi* ,someone will reply.

    I dont think players replying to this post should be recruiting BUT *rofl*

    #nu guild is a friendly mature guild with very helpful players some with high levels.

    Anyways stick at it there are many different things to do in E.L.,you will be doing stuff in 6 mths time you dont even know about now!

    Basically, you got pinned :)

     

    Working ways to "fix" it and be able to move again include: cast an offensive spell on it (like harm/poison/md), have someone else shoot/attack it, summon something on it, etc..

    I was stood on barrel behind wall ranging in skf.

    I had alredy ranged several cyclops,when i came under attack and cudn,t move ,no health points were lost.

    I tried to move with ranging lock off,but *you are under attack message repeated itself.

    I had to tele to portals to escape

    I had killed several cyclpos this way b4 this happened

    Did exactly the same with armed orc tried with/withoout range lock and dis ring didnt disengage had to tele to portal

    Were you the only one fighting the dragon when you used the damage ring?

     

     

    Yes,

     

    Everyone checked thier counters and no one had a Red Dragon kill

    I,ll obviuosly have to try again,if I have a problem I,ll re-post

    Forget what counters say, they're client-side and effectively buggy.

    Was anyone ranging the dragon at the time?

     

    Got the red dragon second time
