Hate to bring up this old garbage again. But after I installed the new EL client 1.1.2 and logged into EL I get the BD Insane attack again. The good news is I was able to have a brief conversation with somone : #gm from Lord_Nightmare: yo #gm from (fellow guild member): hey hey Norton: OMFG A RECENT ATTACK WAS ATTEMPTED ON YOU COMPTUER D'oh!!! The strange thing is that with the previous client this attack only happened a few times and only right after I installed the client, same as on this one. If you're already aware of this problem on the latest client then I won't mind if u just delete this post.

Well if your firewall blocked the intrusion, then you probably (though I don't actually know for sure) do not need to change your pass. On a side-note: on the test server everytime I tried to enter a message with word INVISIBLE, my firewall disconnected the client, so maybe this EL client just tends to trigger weird responses from firewalls?

I'm glad somebody brought this up because I have norton internet security 2005 (yes a big laugh) and it reported the EXACT SAME VIRUS.

I tried deleting my char on the test srvr using #killme yes. After it said that the account was deleted and I was disconnected from the server, I was able to log in with the exact same username and pass.

Would that include Sun Tzu?

It's not scammer-tactics, it's called battle tactics. You make youself look weak so that when the enemy attacks you pwn it. You're just complaining because you're not the one doing the pking.

If you want to stop people from resetting because they are getting low a/d experience, then they should just change it so that each monster gives a certain amount a/d experience no matter how long you fight it. This would also make weapons actually USEFULL outside of pk maps. And the more you use them, the bigger the chance they have to break, which means people would have to buy more of them and put more money into the economy.
