If you're too ignorant to see how that could be a problem, there is no point in arguing. I don't understand why people can be so protective of their kids and do things like that. To me, it's weird because: If I took my kids to the beach and saw someone I thought had less-than-groovy intentions stare at them, I'd probably just drive everyone home. Removing them like that isn't possible on the Internet. Whatever though, I just woke up, so not really feeling dedicated enough to continue arguing. Bygones be bygones and all that.

I did have a long post written out, but I realised there wasn't any point to it. I don't care enough to really write out a huge argument. However, I think you should keep your negative comments to yourself. It's obviously an MJ appreciation thread, if you want to argue then take it somewhere else.

I merely found it ironic that you are so vehemently opposed to someone who has been vindicated of all charges of paedophilia, and child molestation in general, while posting pictures and videos of your own son to millions of anonymous viewers. This coming from the guy who plasters the Internet with videos and images of his child semi-naked. It's a good thing nobody on the Internet is like, a paedophile... Seriously, he was acquitted of all charges. I would never have let my children (if I have any) stay with him, but I don't speak ill of him since he's dead. I believe in the courts, I won't let any personal intolerances influence my opinion of him. @Paul's edit: Alternatively, you could look up a lot of the witnesses and stuff they had against him. Kay, Bahamut, lets not turn this into a flame war. I highly doubt Hussam intended to make any personally offensive or derogatory statements in his post. Also, I disagree that it's the parents responsibility to ensure kids have safe sex. Sure, it is the parents duty to make sure their child knows all about contraception and the physical/mental/emotional consequences of pursuing a sexual relationship, but it's entirely up to the kid to decide if he acts upon this. Course, If I ever have children I would expect them to listen to me. Even if I believe they should be able to have sex under the consenting age, my opinion doesn't matter against the court's. You're fifteen and you had sex with another fifteen year old? No cell phone; grounded; PS3/Xbox removed; an embarrassingly long and drawn out talk about condoms and such. You will learn to obey the law, whether you respect it or not. It's up to you to do something to change that law if you feel strongly enough about it. Honestly though, although I fully understand the teenage drive to have sex (since I am sixteen), abstinence is a lot more rational when you look at it: if you're motivated by pure hedonism, then sure go out and sex everything that moves up. If you and your partner supposedly love (as, I'm sure, most people in a committed relationship do) each other, then the relationship will endure until age of consent (and I would give my blessing if such a relationship did endure for this long).

Completely agree. Sex was taught in our class around the time we were all 11-12. Frankly, I would be pissed if nobody had really told me where babies come from before legal consenting age. Then the two 110's should train to 150 a/d and take down the tough guy, rather than making the tough guy (who put more work into his character) weaker. And the temporary lowering of A/D doesn't really matter. It still nerfs them of ability they worked hard to achieve.

Yeah, but I think that would require a lot of programming and I'd rather have other features implemented (e.g. more spells!) before a whole new weapons category. Maybe with the new EL engine.

Yeah, I totally agree here too. The current recipes for most of the summons are virtually non-viable for all summoners. I've only begun to use the summoning panel, but I still level the skill. It would be nice to be able to level with actually summoning creatures with the ingredients suggested rather than churning out stones, however .

OK, lets say for a minute all high A/D people are PP buyers (sweeping generalisation): those people in the top 5-10 A/D categories have still spent countless hours making preparations and training. I think it's unfair and short sighted because these people who put lots of work into their characters have now had all advantage that work gives them stripped. It's short sighted because, unless you remove PP buying, there are still gonna be ebul 120 A/Ders with a high alchemy/harvest & ~20 or more bought PPs; all your suggestion does is transferring the 'ebul' to another A/D category. And still, I think 120 is too low. For instance, a summoned dragon might have only 15 defence (with perk), but it still has 150 attack, and high attributes & magic resistance.

Err, I've only read the last couple of posts, but I know a 120 a/d cap would be completely unfair. I don't really support a hard cap, but if there were to be one imposed I'd say 150 a/d would be more reasonable.

I'm pretty sure that's called a flail, and it's a swinging weapon which (AFAIK) isn't supported by the server yet. That's a mace, though I would support the introduction of more types weapons.
