    umm no click time wont work becus autoclik is a constant speed as well but its not illegal or doing nething wrong

    rofl personally i think makin more swords OR staffs is pointless cus theres alredy plenty but the game needs axes and maces and spears and just more varied weapons that arnt necessarily any more powerful just diffrnt
  3. Houses...

    ok i understand now mb i thot it was gonna be like "here ent take my 10 trillion dollars and make this map have 50 houses that say Harrybacklarry's house wen u enter..." but w/e as long as there is like a limited number of houses it is a very good idea because then there culd also be sale of houses from player to player and that = good
  4. new spell ideas

    ok to duran i think u r very much rite about magic menu but a much simpler way to do this is to have precasting target selection eg (this wuld simplify combat too no more trying to click on that pesky rabbit) u click on a target and their name turns a color and then u cast the spell or click the attack button and if u r close enuf it does it and if not it sez you are too far away(if u wanted to cast on yourself u just select urself by click) also ne1 that has played everquest that game has very good spell system: all of your spells are in your book and u have to memorise them into around 8 or ten quick access slots then u can just clik the button to cast it on your current target and (for el) if u didnt have enuf ess aor w/e then it wuld just say so... this mite also work for quick access manuing or summoning

    i think establishing a hierarchy of weapons is a serious downfall of many games it shud be sumthing like: (these are all just eaxample figures) Steel Two-Handed Sword +10 damage +3 to-hit -3 defense = 10points Steel Rapier +4 damage +3 tohit +3 defense = 10points Steel Mace +8 damage +2 to-hit 0 defense = 10points Steel Cutlass(aka pirate sword) +6 damage +2 to-hit +2 defense = 10points Steel Great Axe +14 damage -2 to-hit -2 defense = 10points

    y not make it like a root spell were they arent frozen from attack or attacking others just stuck in one place and also were it depends on their level versus yours to succeed
  7. New Manufacturing System

    well i thot i was kinda smart and u guys cunfused the hell out of me... but i do knoe that u r overcomplicating it... wat evry1 really wants is fairly obvious... evry single item needs a quality rating and evry bonus that item has wuld be improved (or decreased) by that quality rating and the rating wuld have a simple formula like say (playermanu-itemreqlevel)-(maxqualitybonus) +random(2*maxqualitybonus) = itemqualitybonus note: random(value) is a very simple command used in nearly all programming languages ok so with this u can include the *very awesome* idea about monster bonuses etc and the idea of item wear and tear (quality bonus decreases slowly until the item breaks wen it hits say -3) and most importantly imo the solution to all ur 'who wants a +2...' problems, the idea of weapon limits however rather than simply saying only a lvl 25+ can use a tit short or sumthin like that u say only a lvl 25+ can use a weapon with over +5damage or something like that... one last note: becus of the fact that altho a +3to-hit gobs sword is awesome not all of the swords of that type wuld get +3to-hit gobs cus obviously an iron sword isnt just naturally magic like that so: u add in enchanting! eg iron sword(+4dmg blah blah +1quality) + goblin scalp(hehe) + (?)death ess [all in mix window] = iron sword(+4dmg blah blah +1to-hit goblins +1quality) and all the sudden YAY weve got a goblin slayer(even if it is a ghettoe iron version) ok thas all and btw i was wundering... if i did dl the source code and add in all these great ideas and then sent it back to ent wuld he review it?

    umm i wonder how many of these topics are about ideas from UO? i like houses and i like shops and i even like UO for the most part but has ne here played it? u will notice almost immediately that evry space that is at least 4x4 has a house on it and thats wat u get when u make houses available to ne1 with money... it needs to be based on power + money then u wont have overcrowding

    lol find more ways to allow guilds to rig pk contests y dont u? if they can just tele the target rite out of the fort as soon as sum1 get close then no1 culd ever win

    o no now we have same sex marriage scandal be4 marriage even exists lol if we are gonna do sumthin like marriage at least let them establish real game stuff first eg religions(game religions) and finding a use for nexuses and all that unsolved crap

    not to be racist at all cause im not but i read in a book that a large portion of japanese ppl have sum blood condition or w/e that makes them far more susceptible to alcohol... is this true?
  14. Summoning near Storages

    it mite not be possible but if ws map was divided into fourths and wsc was somehow forced to be more of a focal point eg a storage more shops sumthing then u mite have more balance or if u just make molgor stand in gold mines no body, even high levels, likes to be harassed by gobs wile they are manuing or alch or w/e
  15. hmmm ok i realise its a game so no need to tell me so but im fairly sure that, at least in real life, people do die when they are hacked at 3 or 4 times by a 4 foot long sharp piece of metal
