Yes I understand that was the opinion of various Pro-Gun clubs in Virginia " IF THE STUDENTS WHERE ARMED THEY COULD HAVE KILLED HIM BEFORE THE DEATH TOLL WAS TO HIGH " Personally what a load of bollox. Whats to high ? Is one death ok aslong as the students can kill the gunman ? Shouldnt it be a case of looking at the social problems and the reasons why events like this happen instead of arming everyone and what ever the Pro Gun lobby thinks easy access to firearms is one of the contributing factors. Arming all students for self defense is wrong and would lead to more shootings. Eg 2 students have a fall out and fight now few cuts and bruises . what would happen if they were both armed . would one pull a gun to defend himself ? Then the other would pull his . Put firearms in any situation and it soon escalates out of control ..

At the moment yes that is true but none of us know yet what benifits if any Ent is going to implement into the citys for its inhabitants, and until Ent decides its time to tell us discussions on anything apart from what he asked suggestions for are pretty pointless

Very good idea and one that opens a whole new set of possiblities for the game. Personally I dont think who owns a map should be writing in law.If a player saves up and buys a map on his own and declares himself King then fine or if a guild clubs there money together and has there city as a democracy then thats fine as well. The possibility to do both options should be there.If someone wants to be a tyrant thats good but they will soon realise no one wants to live in there city so there buying of the map would have been wasted. I think most citys will naturally progress towards democracys ( who wants to be on a map where the KING can have a hissy fit and kick you unless that king is fare and well liked ) The guild option IMO is the best and 2-3 allied guilds to club together to share a map and leadership other guilds who want to build on it might have to set up an embassy first to see how they behave before there members are allowed in etc

personally i didnt think the mines were pk just the battle ground bit in AA

and the only way to make items rare is to decrease the drop rate by a hell of a lot, maybe even to the point that NMT is dropped the same percentage as Warlocks. Because what ever happens make them breakable etc unless the drop rate is reduced then they will be available on market, so new players will harv lupines for cash and buy said item as has happened with ti plate.

Palon Verta Cave- A warrior Battleground ? Summary The story is told from the perspective/memory of The Watcher and tells the dark history of the Cave. The Watcher The last in a long line of people who have been charged over the years with watching the cave and maintaining its magic wards.The present watcher has been there years bonded to the cave and waiting for a new apprentice/watcher to hear the call and take his place. The Cave history: It was once a gold cave until the miners got to greedy and tried to use magic to mine the gold quicker. The magic caused rifts in space/time etc between planes/worlds and allowed creatures into the mines .The creature quickly over ran the mines and if it wasnt for the fact that the creature where from many diff worlds and fought amongst themselve then Palon vertas would have been over ran.That little time gave the people chance to call upon warriors to defend the caves while crypts were built over the mine shafts.The crypts were magically sealed and a loan mage was entrusted to stay and watch over the wards. notes: very short summary. ideas i might use : . the mage is bonded to the cave giving his life essence to the wards. What would happen if he wasnt replaced ? would the wards fail ? etc From a storyline/game view I dont want to cause any dead ends.Ie: In the future the wards could fail if the Devs wanted to add maps in the crypts. comments plz

Finally decided between an X360 and a PS3 and got the 360 yesterday and started playing elder scrolls and WOW hooked already ( havent read the entire topic dont want to know any spoilers)

SUMMARY: The figure stood outside the tavern, the hood of its cloak pulled tightly about its face, for though winter had all but ended the nights still held a chill. The sign above the tavern door slowly rocked in the cold winter’s breeze, back and forth the half Raven swung. The figure nodded to itself “This place will do for the night.” Pushing open the door the figure stepped inside. The tavern was warm and light, the smoke from the blazing fire hung lazily in the air giving the room a hazy other world appearance. Customers sat around in groups or alone, sharing jokes or just the taverns warmth; while a middle aged man rushed back and forth behind the old oak bar offering his service and a smile. Pushing back her hood, her red hair ablaze in the firelight Roja walked towards the bar. But at night while the town slept strange things were happening. The towns folk would wake to find graves dug up and empty. The Carnival came under suspicion and was searched by the local Watch but no sign of any corpses could be found, but the bodies kept disappearing” Termopan sat back and breathed deeply. “So the town hired a group of adventures, sell swords if you will to investigate. They arrived full of bravado and set about there task with glee. They kept watch upon the Carnival and one night spotted its cloaked workers digging up the graves near the southern church. The adventures challenged the figures and a fight erupted, it was bloody and the church was burned down in the conflict but the adventures won the day, but of the Carnival Master there was no sign. They searched high and low for him but to no avail, until the Mayor with a worried look upon his face told them of another burial ground The Ancient Crypts, the adventures set off with all haste but arrived to late. As they entered the cave they found a sight shocking to behold. The Carnival Master surrounded by newly raised undead stood against them. A terrible battle followed and many of the adventures were killed, finally when all but a few of his minions had fallen the Master summoned great magic’s and disappeared, never to be seen or heard from again. The town’s folk honored the dead adventures by burying them within the cave to forever watch over the crypt, and the Mayor used all his vast wealth to pay for mages to create the Soul flame. The soul flame even now still burns in the cave, surrounded by four elemental statues which power it, air, earth, fire and water. Legend has it as long as the Soul flame burns no undead can rise in Palon Vertas again” Termopan shrugged “But if it should go out who knows”. Termopan stood slowly “So every year the folks over the mountain in Palon Vertas have a festival to celebrate the peace the Soul flame has brought them and that is all I know milady. If you would like to know more I can seek out Jared for you, he is a Vertanian and could surely tell you the entire story.” Notes: did the summary this way to make it more interesting and to get an idea myself what way to take the story.. And I totaly detest doing dialogue so any help will get loads of hugs thanx

Who annoyes me are people who think that they can buy something what others worked hard to get to. Day by day training, without skipping creatures Only problem with this comment is that you are saying everyone is the same and that is far from the case.Im far from being a "pr0" fighter being only mid 50's a/d and trained on gobs,spiders,gargs,orcs,trolls and hobgoblins slowly working my way up through the monsters and saving my cash from alching as i leveled that as well.I saved up 200k through a lot of time and effort (not blue lupines) not so i could skip monster levels but so i could wear a COL for training so i didnt have to walk around like a walking medicine cabinet loaded down with HE's, Body rest pots etc ( even with NMT i still only train on hobgobs and the odd ogre), and your comment apart ppl buying items others have worked hard to get.... you want to do away with the EL shop ? IMO the majority of ppl who want the cape kept breakable are the ones who have already benefited from the fact it was unbreakable and now want to deny everyone else the same chance they had to use it

Anyway, I'll see what happens at the end of this period (I think I will make them back unbreakable in mid April). Personally, I would like to make them slightly more available, but keep them breakable. However, many would disagree, so why bother.. is not that important anyway. Well another way to cut down on the amount of NMT ingame and/or drain excess money is to make certain monsters, the one's you would expect to have high strength cyclops, yeti, giant, dragon to have a slight chance to inflict the same effect as a BROD per attack ( personally I have always thought the Dragon/giants should anyway due to there size and strength)

that is fine and can totally understand that, just if this is implemented i hope the cape becomes available from an npc for say 10k , for i have the funny feeling that this is an idea from a fighter just to make more money from monster drops, hope im wrong for even if it only drops in price from 100-200k then who is going to wear it if it has a chance to break ? and if ppl dont wear it then will they train in COLS. Titanium armour etc .. I doudt it then the whole EL market suffers crafters, Alch, manu .. if its going to break its got to be cheap enough that players dont mind it breaking as long as it semi-protects other items ..( no point losing a 100k cape to protect a 60k COL ) and another suggestion is Ent has now got the stats so he knows how many NMT's are in the game.. leave the cape as is but reduce the drop rate by a very large amount and as the player number increases then the cape will become rarer again ie: instead of 1 in 20 ppl owning them it will be 1 in 30 soon and so on . o well not much we can do up to Ent.

If making them breakable is the answer then also making them cheap and available to buy from an NPC is as well ( as this seems to me as fighters trying to make more money from drops) but i bought mine for 200k on good faith as it says in the EL encyc that it wouldnt break and i know yes this is a beta game and things do and will change but penalizing players who spent good time and gc saving to buy a cape isnt the way to go about it, unless said players are going to be given the option to sell it back to an npc for the price they bought it ?

Why shouldnt someone have 250 Efe's in there sto ? they have either earned them through a lot of mixing or been prudent and bought them when the price was low to sell high, thats good forward planning in my book
