Personally I think it all boils down to a case of misunderstanding, being on the event channel during the invasion. when mortos put out his challenge about coming to KF 99% of the players on chan 6 understood that it was about attacking mortos.( trying to decide if harm etc would work). Ive got what certain players would call n00b a/d but i went to kf with the intention of attacking a god, shame toomass got to me first maybe the global msg should have been clearer about what to expect .. that is all Ace is at fault for IMO not being clear enough . note: luci if you thought my posts were personal attacks on you or your character i do appologise that was never the case was just putting over a differant view than your own.

It was fun only point i would make is to agree with what has been said before. The monsters should spawn over the whole map not just in one mad laggy place, make players search for them

im not a Pker, but i voted yes cause i think it might liven up the PK scene, one point though that i would like to make and that is. If the system implace was 99% accurate to cover abuse i would like to see some kind of reward system. ie: trade in your PK points for unique items etc.. doesnt have to be alot or powerful just as a status symbol

hmmm Muling Alts not free, that all depends on if the player just wants his alt to be money making machines,and if yes then yep they are free.It only takes a few hours to train a character to be good enough to just plonk him in VOTD and then just harv flowers for fower seller, only item that might be needed is a Harv cape and where would he get that from . well im sure that most players main char can afford a few spare harv capes, so the alt doesnt even have to earn the money for that himself. as for the books.you seem to be forgetting that a lot of books are now monster drops, before i sold them this week i had 30 differant knowledge books in sto (all free from drops) which if i had an alt and could have traded with him/her would have gone to them. Now i am 100% behind familys playing together and some way should be possible to allow this and im also happy if player wants an alt to train to do differant things and try other aspects of the game. Ie: A crafter makes an alt just for the purpose of training him properly and trying Pking . Like ive said before maybe its me being cynical but i think that the majority of alts will just be made to be stuck harving flowers for cash. Note: I dont care about the economical side personally. I dont care if player A is richer than me or is a evil RL rich person, as long as i have enough money to do what i need to do then im happy. Yep thats how it works in a perfect world, but just for arguements sake lets say this isnt a perfect world. lets take your example: Player is selling 5k fe's , post on market channel, get no buyers . hmmmm he wonders why . o right thats it now with multi-playing instead of 30 players making 60k fe's a week there is now 60 players/alts making 120k fe's a week and the market has become saturated by people trying to make money .. I personaly dont think prices will go up, yep more chars will need items but also more items will be made. so the price might level out the same as it is now or lower ( depending on the item ) Edit: Reading certain post i get the idea people think they every alt will need titanium armour and COLs and that it will be a boom time for the EL economy. Maybe its me being cynical but IMO the majority of alts will have no other purpose than to make money for the players main char, so will only need the bare minimiun items

Your computer doesnt know what your gfx card is. you have no drivers. Untill you can get windowns (or whatever operating system you are running) to realize what your card is, you cant get drivers. That or your looking in the wrong place. this is the point that gets me worried ( Shallara is just an example) how many alts should people be allowed to have ? 1,3,10, unlimited ? or would it be based on case by case basis therefore increasing the mods workload. I am against the idea purely for the community aspect of the game, Economy wise personally i dont care if player A has 3million gold pieces or if player B spends $500 in the EL shop,that doesnt stop me enjoying the game and fair play to them if they can do it. people have said " The community will be fine, nothing to worry about,player wont want to talk to themselves". that was never the point, think the point is if player are running 2 or 3 alts at once then they are not going to have the time to interact with other players. If the idea is allowed then there needs to be a set limit on how many alts a person can have and that should 2 or 3 (including there main) and i havent a clue if it is feasible programming wise but i would like to see an auto-log out button.. ie: if player A is afk for a set amount of time the game logs them off. then hopefully we wont have 100's of alts all afk at storage or npcs blocking the way for others.

These are some very good, and different, points you brought up Molime. Think Molime hit the nail on the head there and shares the same fears i have if this happens. People might disagree and they might not like it, but there are better online games out there, games with better graphics,monsters,characters etc.. but what imho lifts EL above all them is the community. Ent and Roja have made this game a place where players can come to talk to freinds and not even bother to play the game if thats what they want( some days i spend hours just chatting and not even Training),they have created the best online community there is and hate to say it but i think a move like this would ruin it. A move like this would imo drive the community further apart . hey who needs to talk to a harver or alchemist when you have made an alt to do it and think more moves should be made to bring the community together not drive it apart. And for ppl who dont think this will ruin the economy i think you are mistaken. what is to stop someone making multiply alts training them up ( which doesnt take long) and then having them sit harving/selling titanium all day. Yes it might be hard to train a/d and harv etc at the same time but people wouldnt .they would a/d train there main char then if they needed money , sign out then log on with there harving alts . Ent might have good reasons for maybe wanting to implement this but i for one hope he thinks of the community aspect of the game he created above all else my 2 peneth

I voted no. To me being able to have multiply characters who can interact takes away the challenge of the game and makes the choices to easy, instead of having to worry about where to spend there pick points and in which direction to take the character, everyone will just make a diff character for each situation, Harving,muling, pking etc. The game will become full of alts all with the same abiltys, EL would become a game of drones. So no think it would be bad for the game as a whole
