having few problems logging in, my password is correct and whitelisted also but whenever i click log in the game just stops, no error messages, no delay, just exits the programme, im thinkin i need to update graphics drivers or summit lol but dunno how to find out what my graphics card is lol ne help would be very much appreciated

my friend has recently joined the forums but every time he trys to log in he gets a ipb warning failure to load template and cache of some sort, im not sure if this helps but we both run off the same internet connection, but i have tried logging out to c if thats the case but no success any help would be appreciated

i think before improving the game the forums need to be moderated 24/7, in an around the clock game, never sleeping never leaving, you need 24/7 help and support for the players, there are many easy and free ways to do this so i am very surprised to still see people waiting days even weeks for forums replys, you cant just leave them and think it doesnt matter weather that 1 player can play or not coz that 1 player soon turns into 10 then 100 and before u know it eternal lands is a barren place. This is an awesome game and i really hope people stick to it even after waiting weeks for replys. thanx thegodslayer

i cant get white listed when i try to enter my isp e-mail address (tiscali) its says that forums wont accept tiscali.... does that mean i just cant play now??

i would like my account to be unblocked please , i cant seem to find a reason why i have banned, the only i can think it mite be is that tell someone i didnt mind them summonin in one of the hidden librarys which only had 3 people not including him in the room, which was only my opionion i didnt give him direct permission to do it, i really cant understand what i did wrong lo I have 2 pcs runnin from same pc connection but 90 percent of the time i play alone in the last week i have only played alone so i cant see why its my ip being banned?, occasionly a friend plays on seperate computer, i have no multiple accounts, i dont spam. i dont swear and i treat all on eternal lands with respect and my ip gets banned, please unblock me, or respond so i can know what i done, my el user is TheGodSlayer Enjoy ur day
