    :) hiya EL my IP address is banned i posted here before & learner whitelisted kajjak but none of my other chars can log on & I cant make new ones. we didient do anything bad to get r IP address banned & if we have we r very sorry plz help us thanck u :omg:

    Well when you start up the game, does it say "Your IP adress is banz0red?" or just "Hi, welcome to EL?"

    it say ur ip address is banned then it say hi welcome to el :)

    Then your IP address is banned and there is a reason behind this. I suggest you post in the Bans forum and show patiens. Eventually we will address your problem. In the mean time you should give this a long hard thought. Why do you think your IP was banned in the first place?

    kajjak say i dun no kajjak dont scam bagjump or call ppl names i dont no what he could have done kajjak can still play right now none of r other chars can & cant make new ones that y i post here so what sould i do?

    post on bans & ask for my ip address to be un banned?

    What kind of graphics card do you have? how much RAM do you have? What orperating system are you running? etc etc etc etc.

     

    See the Troubleshooting guide pinned in this forum (at the top), especially post #2.

    ok i will ask my dad what kind of graphics card we got & how much ram & stuff :confused: i just relly want to no whats going on..

    And post your error_log.txt too here. Well at least the last lines, maybe there is a message why you cant go on.

    whats error_Log.txt & i thinck i am haveing trouble makeing new chars cuz (kajjak) was banned not that long ago & got unlocked & when i load el & still say that my ip address is banned but it lets kajjak log on.

     

     

    There are numerous reasons that the process might fail. Here are a few examples:

    1. you or your IP is banned

    2. you try to pick a P2P (Pay to Play) race

    3. your graphics card overheats

    4. your graphics drivers are not the latest

     

    Please post you computer specifications here and we might be able to persue this further.

     

    ok well i no that kajjak didient pick p2p race

    i will have my dad look at r graphics card or driver

    i thinck that it could be something with my ip addresss

    hiya EL :ph34r: once again i am posting for my brother kajjak he tryed to make a new char today & it wont let him he puts int he name & password & makes the char look the way he wants but then it frozs up & closes & just now he tryed again & it disconnexted him from sever can u plz help us

    hello eternal lands as u no i quit el but my brother kajjak still plays EL today he tryed to log on & it said r ip was banned we dident do anything wroung as far as i no may u plz let us come back to el very sorry if we did anything wroung. :D

    i am trying to log in it keeps comeing on cant connect sever so then i downloaded EL again then it let me log on but when i loged it i couldent move or chat & i got a ping of 10k+ i dont no whats going on can someone

    i would like to report a heath bug i was at low heath so i drink a pot then i used restore to get to full heath& my heath said 65676/140 i dont how it happened or anything but after i left the map i was it my heath went back to normal i tho i sould report this bug,
