Yes, with the maximum cooldown. The server doesn't remember if you had cooldown when you logged off, so it just gives you the maximum cooldown for whatever you have in your inventory. If you are eating Fruit on the test server and cooked meat on the main server then yes, you will see a different cooldown between the servers, but if your inventory is the same, you should see the same behavior. Let's not clog this topic with this particular question though - if you disagree see me in game and I will demonstrate and explain

Invasions are supposed to be dangerous - add excitement to the game that after some hours of hauling ore from that mine, suddenly, it's dangerous there. As much as some who run invasions do try to partition things so more people can participate, the primary goal as I see it is the danger, not the partitioning or as Eiri put it, the training opportunity.

Here are a few photos from a Celtic festival - lots of things there to remind us we weren't playing EL... Some goblins were roaming the place, but instead of killing newbies, they were picking up trash and grabbing people's toes - another reason to always wear protective footwear. Note how they manage to position themselves so it's hard to click on them without entering that blasted tent! To be fair, there are plenty of oldbies who return and are not n00bs. Some of them are so non-n00bish they don't even shy away from channel 1. So my previous post was a bit too broad-scoped in implying all old-timers who return are n00bs - n00b to me being someone who thinks they know more than they do or otherwise acts that way (right acen00b?), as opposed to eternal newbies like myself who simply have a lot to learn about the game still

Yes, this is a very irritating tactic that some players use. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your point of view ) being irritating is not against the rules. Anyway, since there seems to be no end to the scenarios people wonder about, I think we should close this thread. If you have a question about specific incidents that are happening in the game, then you should ask the moderators about it in game, or via forum PMs or the abuse forum. Please try to use some common sense. Don't just call a moderator everytime someone does something mean to you, but also don't wait until you're the one being reported to point out all the harassment you have tolerated.

I enjoyed judging in this contest as well - getting to see the behind-the-scenes action as well as the contestants' efforts was great fun and enlightening. The organizers put in a tremendous amount of effort and it really showed in how smoothly it went off Congratulations again to all of you I'm ready for the next one (to help out - I can't handle that kind of stress with mixing )
