If you've got some gc to throw away, you can start with SRs at around potion level 15. You will fail many, but level fairly fast anyway. If you don't want to spend 4 pps on veg nexus, defense & coord potions might be worth it, ingredients for the other low level potions are too expensive imo.

I'm sorry if I'm stating the obvious and I do realize that there has to be a reason for the status quo, but maybe it would be possible to split that up into two seperate sentences. The server does know if the one that caused the event is male or female after all.
