I agree that you should be able to personally turn it on or off.

I'd just have a loose set of rules that each guild chooses to follow or not, then the guild enforces it (kind of like in America de-centralizing the power) but not under any circumstances having them as rules that if broken could result in punishment from moderators. The PK areas are supposed to be dangerous whatever your doing. These rules I'd suggest would be something like this: 1. No PKing near entrances 2. No killing trainers 3. No attacking people who are AFK 4. No attacking to start a guild war 5. Anyone else is free for attack Optional Rules (by optional I mean that these could be adopted for guilds that want to be on the extreme nice side of PKing, which could lead to slang such as 1 rule and 2 rule guilds in addition to no rule guilds) 6. No attacking without first challenging the person and getting his ascent 7. No keeping the property of someone you killed You could change these around, and maybe instead of one rule or two rule guilds you could have a one through seven rule guild, one rule only having the first rule and seven rule guilds having them all.

Who's preventing those fighters on peace day from fighting monsters? Or starting to put pick points in other things?

I like the general basic idea, I also like longsh0ts idea about calculating chances of suceeding, I just make them a little higher, maybe 5-10% higher. I also think it should only be three hour since this day would be more drastic in effect than peace day.

I think gnomes are meat, after all meat is great stuff to eat. Just ;ook at the animals that don't eat meat and the animals that do. Your animals that don't eat meat are rabbits.....woopy their quite a match, and look at your animals that do eat meat, bears, chimerans etc. and which would you rather be like? A rabbit forever doomed to eat salad or a chimeran wolf who can actually do some interesting things. Plus since it has been established that gnomes are tasty and eat meat, it goes to show that gnomes are made of meat since meat is tasty and so is gnome.

I like the idea, just make the spell somewhere around lvl 50 or higher, make it cost a lot, perhaps an enriched life essence or a new essence. make it so that your body lies where you fell until you get out of the underworld.

How can you trust someone who swears that s/he won't swear anymore?!! Rather clever, I myself have never "cussed", I have "sworn" in the sense that I've said I'd do something, I wish their was a lot less "cussing" in the game, many ppl (myself included) find it offensive and crude, plus if nothing else it takes up your time by typing it. Is their a rule against it? Their is against insulting but I don't think theirs one against "cussing" in general.

Sure. How the poor ole lady could have known that you could get burnt by spilling hot coffe over yourself? And how could you know that you could get fat by eating fat stuff? People simply don't want to admit their own faults and prefer to blame "the government" or "transnational corporations" for their own stupidity. And you can always make some money too. I have to admit that it does seem that most of the lawsuits floating around are worthless, and I think that some tort reform would be nice, even though plaintiffs don't win their cases as often as thought.

I hate to burst your bubble, but the Lady who spilled the coffee was a senior and sustained 3rd degree burns all over her body, plus even though the jury did award her 3 million dollars she never actuall received them, of course not to mention that when she tried to settle out of court McDonalds would only give her $800. however, there are still more frivolouse lawsuits than I would like (yes, I am an AMERICAN, and a citezen of U.
