    Did you see that where? My birthday is 5 jan, so yes, i spent my whole birthday yesterday on forum/game, noobs this days...

    Listen kiddo: I had absolutely nothing against you until you pulled out of somewhere (idc where but most ppl can guess) some nasty shit about my guild and then I took it personally. But instead of lowering myself to your level I will just kindly ask you to start a new topic right here in this subforum with some goddamn backup to your nonsense against CA$H. Oke?

    Not to necro my own thread :lipssealed: but I am again curious about people's opinions after about a year of astology in the game now.

     

    My main question though is if it is worth it getting the skeptic perk for myself? I pretty much only harvest/alch these days, with a little bit of manu mixed in. Opinions?

    I got skeptic and I love it. It's very nice being able to do whatever you want whenever you want and not having to bother with indicators and other crap.

    Agreed, they are much more useful! But the sudden increase in demand has driven the prices up and I still broke two in 30k silver harvested :cry: On the plus side, demand for seridium bars is way up too so I can make the money back that way now too

    I'm sure my Crafters Union card will be revoked for saying this, but there's no reason to pay exorbitant prices for harvester medallions. I realize how much time and effort it takes to meet the demand of consumers of these meds, but if you are such a consumer and on a budget, just buy the seri bars from the NPC and other ings on the market. Then find a friend or guildie who will mix them for you.

     

    Seridium bars from the NPC (7k) + 2 gold bars (50ea) + 10FE (3.5ea) + 20 toads (1.5ea) = 7165.

     

    I do agree with you.

    However, as long as the market is good for harv meds, it's normal for crafters to sell them at a higher price than normal.

    I mean, if you were a crafter (maybe you are, I don't know..) you would do the same I think ;-)

    Well from his post and his siggy too is you want you can pretty easily realize that he is a crafter. Check top players too to find out he is a top crafter in fact.

    Great guide! Tried it out myself and I even managed to get gcs from my training (enough to cover the hes/srs used and buy some other stuff too).

     

    As for the guild: Korr you are most welcome in CA$H. And since we are all inactive or almost inactive(for now...we may come back one day.) my guess is you'll fit pretty well. :pickaxe:

    Exactly, so the bronze sword is even more-so a requirement of PK, and when it's not used PK is even more of a HE/SR battle.

    Hence my original statement:

    Yes and if ALL fights just keep getting longer (and longer), eventually all PvP fights in EL will be is who bought the most bronze swords and/or SRS+HE.

     

    I am afraid I still don't understand it. If the fights will be longer (and not by much anyway), why would the bronze sword be more necessary? The critical failure applies to all the weapons equally. And BTW, not sure when you started playing the game, but until the cooldown was added (sometime in late 2005) the fights were much longer. And it seems that people liked it.

     

     

    Well in begining of EL, PK was fun, actually i was enjoying it. Back then it was all about LVLs, not armor, cuz best armor was tit chain, weapon - tit serp.

    OFC fights was lasting as long, as fighters had HEs in inv :( . And btw difference from todays PK, was a respectable PKers. if you sit in KF, near flag, no1 will attack you, unless its some personal enemy etc.

     

     

    now... idk why suddently this topic about EVA perk becomes a discusion about PK, the whole game is not all about PK. i took EVA perk not for PK, i took it for training.

    For Korrode, who seems to know most about EL and everything. it seems that everything in this game is not good enough for you, just try to get used to new things. also you are complaining about PK all the time, but i think you said that you dropped PKing, so whats the problem ? i just wonder what PK gear you were using be4 these ( as you ppl call them Orange spam weaps)? i bet it was thermie, so wasnt that expencive in those days?

    i agree that Bronzie is a bit overpovered, dragon armors just made Thermie useless as PK weapon.

     

    oh and btw, PK fights aint getting longer if mage is around, dont you think? 1 harm - you dead. takes as long as to read it :lurker:

    Before this Korr was always switching between great swords to suit his opponent and I don't recall him using thermal also I don't recall him saying he dropped pk and he certainly does pk now correct me if I'm wrong. Before every single pker in el got himself a dragon armor and some OP weapon I (with my 80s a/d) could actually stand a chance in pk and even WIN some fights and it was actually FUN. And how could I win fights? Same as Korr I was switching between my great swords to suit my needs. Why am I winning no more? Because I still have my great swords but they don't help me as long as every single opponent has his dragon armor and some OP wep :( and that's why even now I'm still 80s a/d and cba to train because the only thing that I've been playing for (PK) is no longer the thing that I 'fell in love with' and as long as my great swords stand only for looks don't count on me.

    Yetio's guild is BROD tagged with us too. I do not bagjump BROD tags but that is my option, I have the "right" by my guild to do so. I do not serp BROD tags either but I will serp jerks from time to time just for a few minutes smile.gif I Like Yetio however, he is having fun with the game. Just wish he would stop Harming my guild in Hunda smile.gif

    On topic: I agree with Korrode. If we are to believe that they really are general troublemakers you should prove that you didn't do anything to get them started in the first place.

    I decided to stop by today during my boring, not doing anything important 5 minutes of lazy time I have available.

     

    We all know I don't play anymore. But I checked in to see what kind of 'new features' may be in. Anyways, obviously we can tell I got side tracked cuz here I am.

     

    Www+ wtf was the other name? To much bs to read. Anyways, gl with the jointer. Only 1 I know of that worked out was 'just'. But ya people not just. So you fail. Ya think ya helping pk? Well let's say 12 of the top 20 people are in ya jointed guild. Then who them people gonna contend with, fight equally? Sounds like a bunch of big sissies worried about a bunch of little guys ganging up on em. Or a bunch of lil guys need mommy an daddy attention for protection. Ya doing the same effect (sorry ent if I typo'd wrong one in) as 1 guild ally'n with a bunch of pk guilds.

     

    Good luck though with the oxymoron. :pickaxe:

    I'm so sorry for you wasting 5 minutes of your life posting this. You see in those 5 minutes you could have done much more productive and vital <bad word> things which could have helped the entire humanity...but you decided to spend those minutes writing some crappy bs.
