I had a niceee laugh when i read about it and now I'm wondering: Did anyone make one/Anyone planning to do one? What does it do (if it does anything)? and How does it look like?

From my point of view a pker hunts everyone but if 2 players are on a pk arena (most likely in ndd) and one is on his/her pk list logically would be to attack the pk listed guy.

Why not make it half the exp so its not that great advantage
