  1. Attributes cap for the main server

Read every single post. Lots of good information and suggestions. Voted No. I do not PK. Never have, never will. Can't count the number of changes made to cater to the PK side of this Game. This entire Thread, from the title itself, which gives the impression that you are total idiot if you vote no, is weighted toward once again giving the PK populace another goodie. It's my understanding that there is a dedicated PK server? Then implement such a cap THERE, and let those who wish to Ambush, Bagjump, and Insult beat each other's brains out with store-bought weaponry. I personally began this game planning to place every pickpoint I could beg, borrow, or buy in whatever Attribute I had to in order to carry as much as I could of whatever I was working on back to my Storage. My goal is to make my storage explode. I could not care less what the PK'rs do on their own server. Fawning over the PK'rs on the Main server again, not cool. TooMass could probably use the Red Dragon as a swizzle stick and it doesn't bother me, I stay out of PK maps.Let the high level PK'rs fight it out on their own server, and leave the Main server for everyone. If a cap is what Entropy decides must be done, there really isn't much point in even asking for ANY input, is there? He owns the game, and can rule by fiat. But if a cap absolutely positively MUST be put in place to 'fix' <cough cough> a 'problem' for the Pk'rs, how about just capping how much *Coordination* you can take? Kudo's to Stewbaby for similar points and being able to use 'Leet'. Even typing it tastes foul to me. Barandur
  2. Artificer broken?

Agreed, Chance. And let me be the first to say THANK YOU Entropy, because it is settled in what I consider to be a fair manner. Had I known it was 30% I'd not have spent those PickPoints, as I wouldn't have felt 30% was enough to part with them. At the higher levels, its difficult to get ONE PickPoint, let alone 7. Getting them back without having to reset is VERY nice and it is APPRECIATED. That saves me more time than I even care to contemplate considering I have two full time jobs and don't get much time to play as it is. So a Thank You for this fix, Entropy, and another Thank You to all the volunteers that work on this game.
  3. Artificer broken?

I took the Perk based on what was SAID and what I READ. I liked the IDEA of doubling my chances to get a 'rare' item. I didn't expect it to be a giveaway of free loot, I expected to work for it. I sat down in one spot after spending several days gathering/mining ingredients and made 25,000 Fe's. No EFE's. I did this several times with various items and was troubled when I saw few 'rares' in the items I made. But I took it on Faith that the description accurately reflected the true effect of the perk. It isn't a case of 'I liked it then, I should like it now'. I haven't liked the return on this investment and have been questioning my rate of return since I started. If the Wraith were an Advertising Agent or an Insurance Salesman I'd sue him for False Advertising and Fraud.
  4. Artificer broken?

30%??? EVERYTHING I read said DOUBLES. I was very careful about taking any Perks and researched everything about them I could, examining anything that any NPC or the Encyclopedia said about them. Had I known that I would blow 7 PP on a 30% increase, I'd have never done it. Now I'm looking at a reset and a LONG time to relevel. Not cool.
  5. Artificer broken?

I took this perk as well, from the description I had read it 'doubles' your chances to make a 'rare' item, but I've noticed that it seems to have not made much difference.... is this Perk actually WORKING, or has it been 'broken' from the start? Having to reset to clear a non-working Perk at an over-70 OA would be a pain, to say the least.
