What about when you die you are subject to a small chance (and I'm talking on the same scale of EFEs) that you may end up in hell wearing an eyepatch or something. This would be permanent or removable with #reset depending of how much people like it. Other things could happen too... peg leg or a scar. Maybe they shouldn't be pirate type things though.

 

I understand that the faces are all build symmetrically so changing the bmps would not work but I think some people would be proud of their wounds and the new look it would give.

This goes into the Idea that the Character Generator needs a major Overhaul and update! We Need more Character Diversity and Originality!
