Help Please

Hello I When I loaded and tried to play the game (for the first time) I got the following message:

 

Your IP is banned.  That means that you, or someone from your IP did something very nasty, so we had to block this IP addess,  If you believe this ban was unjustified, or promise to respect the rules from now on, plase post in the Bans section of our forums (on www.eternal-lands.com)

 

I do not have a Bell South Canada, or Energis UK connection. I do have a SBC (american) dsl connection. I have never played the game before. What do I need to do get unbanned? (and why am I banned since I have never played the game?)

not just BS canada was banned. all of BS was banned because there was some abuse from IPs in the US and the ISP did nothing. -_-

Well, not ALL of it was banned, but a large portion. There are still some unbanned IP classes. If you have a static IP, I can unban you.
