Guest Kyndor Report post Posted January 10, 2014 I have had a forum account fro approximately 2 years. Although I read the forums regularly, I rarely log in. Earlier this week, I attempted to log in so that I could place an order with Generation X, and discovered that my password would not work. I attempted from 2 different browsers and from home as well as from work, with no success. Following this, I attempted to have my password reset. Although the web page stated that an email with a link to reset the password had been sent, I never received it. (And yes, I did check the spam folder). I cleared my cache, and repeated this attempt on two different browsers, and from my home and my work location, with the same result. I am not sure if the forum software is not working properly, of if my forum account has been compromised. I would very much appreciate someone looking into this for me. Thank you very much.
