[Patch] CTRL+PAGE UP/PAGE Down Tab navigation

This tiny, anal patch amends the direction in which CTRL+PAGE UP/DOWN cycles through the chat tabs. At current, it goes in the wrong direction (i.e. the opposite to 99.9% of all other applications that utilise this keyboard shortcut). The new directions are CTRL+PAGE DOWN cycles from left to right (correct), CTRL+PAGE UP right to left (correct).

I believe such a simple patch can be commited before the update, it won't have bugs or anything.
