Help me please, I saw it somewhere before but now I can't find the topic where I say how many people play on my IP

The post for multiple characters for the same IP was closed a long time ago.

 

You can have multiple characters from the same IP - just do not allow them to help each other out (via trading, bagtrading, fighting, muling, bagsitting etc) - see rule 5 ingame (press F5 imgame to see the rules).
