Why did i get banned

Our IP was banned on Saturday, April 22. I don't believe we were breaking any rules, but this is a multi-user household and we did not know that we needed to register that information on the forum. Please let me know what the reason for the ban is and what we can do to rectify the situtation. For your info the following players use this IP:

Luna1 - Mom

Jonie4 - son

Quave - son's other character

Hero1 - neighbor

Xenol - friend

Have it All - son's old character not used

Joyful5 - Mom's old character not used

The problem was someone from your IP was cursing and spamming at beam, so the whole IP was banned.

Talk to Learner about putting you on the white list.

On the other hand, I am a little reluctant to put your son on the white lit, because he sent me a really nasty PM where among other things he claimed I robbed his friend of 5 USD, and that he will report me to the 'athorities'.

So I don't know why would I want to put him on the white list.

u cant put me on the whitelist if u locked my guy, the whitelist is for banned ip's not for Learner to just deside to lock chars
