harconnen Report post Posted January 15, 2006 (edited) I was playing today(sunday evening)and then someguy named Lord_Vermor said that Mortos was coming(ok...WTF )And i used the command beam me up to isla prima and then everything went black It had the walk icon on the screen but everythin else was black... Tanyia Report post Posted January 15, 2006 Lord_vermor announced an invasion. Mortos is the god of war in the EL storyline. The story for the invasion today was that Mortos was attacking the people of Seridia (the name for the land in which we live) with his summoned animals. These invaded animals/monsters are immune to monster magnetism and attack anyone near them. Also, try restarting the game client and perhaps your computer. I am not sure why your screen is black. Mortos: Description: The God of Death, Destruction and Evil. He strove to ruin the creation of life in the Eternal Lands from the beginning and constantly plots to destroy it. Every day he calls out to the wickedness and evil he planted in the natures of the mortals, cajoling them to murder, to war, to corrupt and destroy. Derin Report post Posted January 16, 2006 Then it is likely that you will have to do one of these two things, or possibly both: 1. Uninstall EL, download the game again and make a fresh installation. This might solve some possible file corruptions/modifications. 2. Unpdate your graphics drivers. If you know what kind of graphics card you have, look at the pinned thread "graphics problems". Remember that you have to uninstall EL completely (delete the folder) and then download the game and install it again. 2. Why couldn't you install the update? And you really need to post your computer system specifications. It will be hard to help you if you do not provide ome relevant information.
