The el.ini thing is so that your inventory bag does or doesn't automatically open up, not the bag the monster drops.

All my shadows and clouds and stuff is off, I only have the "show fps" on and sitlock on. Happens everywhere and I did not have this problem before the update.

Yes, I like both ideas, the black screen and an on/off switch for local chat. Just like the f1 now, you still see messages.

Call me silly, but that message amuses me. I've only had it come up a few times but it is so unexpected that it makes me laugh. This sounds as if some nice things have been lost along the way. Yes, I was sorry to see that go. It gave some status to the people wearing the capes and you had to earn it. You wore your cape with pride knowing you earned the right to wear it, not just got it from dumb luck or knowing the right people. Edit: It also gave a good sense of comraderie to work along with people working for the same goal...we cheered people on a lot more then, imho.

You are right. One could make it 20k after you have completed a difficult quest (that should, of course, not involve fighting or manufacturing), and unavailable or even unwearable if you haven't completed the quest yet. Edit: I would not like to raise the price too high as then it would not change anything ... And in addition: it should be unwearable without having the quest completed. Otherwise it will be just a new toy for rich players as well. The quest might contain not only alchemy but things you need alchemy for: maybe summoning, magic. Just making titanium bars or things like that would be too easy for an alchemist. With regards (in order to avoid misunderstandings ) Lachesis That's the general principle of how cloaks used to be, you had to reach a certain level in a different skills in order to be able to wear different cloaks. You could buy them but couldn't wear them until you reached that level. Ahhhh the good memories, sitting at that that bar drinking those combat pots....*sighs* Lol, met a lot of good people that way

In that case, I wouldn't be in a guild yet after playing almost two years. Guilds are a great social thing, why should they be for achievers only? Guilds should be harder to make, not to join. Being in a guild used to mean something, now any old noob can make one...and it's impossible to keep track of them. Most people here have built up their characters twice already and been here as long as you, some of us 3 times... I would suggest you check out some of the fan/help sites listen on the main page of the www.eternal-lands.com site...
