Basically if you don`t be cautious in real life or here, which is also kinda a virtual life, you pay for it. I get sometimes asked to show some guys a path to this or that because they think i don`t know its pk area or drop zone.... Basically be cautious. That guy was not cautious and i hope he learnt his lessons. And I think you better learn it here in game that you can be fooled as learn it in real life when it hurts much more ... I also got scammed on my first week in this game with a faboulous bag trade, didnt knew there was a trade window, lost all my flowers, and other bad things, but I !!! never !!! started a thread here ... I hardly ever talked on public channels about it and told some guys very late about it ... Mostly that happens because guys are greedy. ... Mostly nothing is for free, also in this game, called eternal_lands.

Because of the scammers out there that if they knew that a bot had a shitload of GC on it would make a bigger effort to find out how to scam it.. A warning stating that the bot is low on GC (perhaps make it so that the highest buy price is the limit for the warning) can be a good idea. Well you miss the topic entirely. Its about tradebots who offer to buy stuff for a price which is set from the tradebot owner, and these tradebots dont have enough gc to buy for the given / set price of the owner. It is defintely not about some theoretical scam of gc of tradebots. So may I ask you politely to stick to the topic please?

I don*t get the point why bot owners don*t what to have their gc visible to others. Anyway if you pretend to buy item y for lets say x gc, you must have at least x gc on that bot. So that*s not an argument to myself really. Some bots are only sell station like the bot emerald. Okay lets make another thing: Give a warning when the inv command is used when the gc is below the most expensivest item * most expensivest item quantiy value. Warning Message (gc) = bots (gc) smaller as (gc) most expensivest item * most expensivest item quantity Shouldnt be that hard to code. And will satisfiy most customers. Example ... /bot inv ... /[bot] WARNING I am low on gold coins !!! Trade on your risk / lines as usual ...

I don't see any evidence or rationale for saying that out of money bots keep prices high. If a bot can't actually buy at its advertised price, then that price becomes irrelevant. Because unaware people use the bots advertised inflated buy price to justify a higher sell price, even when that bot can't pay. +1 And thats fact

Short summary, I want to see how many gc on a bot. Thats an endless discussions, some guys use bots to keep prices artificial high and these bots never have cash when i try several times a week (i did in teh past quite often, was very bored)... Because I can not unmix an item which i made for selling to that particular tradebot i lost for sure average 10kgc / month for sure because of some tradebot owners buying items for certain prices don*t have the cash on it, so I had to sell it to the next one which bought the item 1-3k gc cheaper. Well if we could get an unmix feature, why not It is mostley unlike someone will sell stuff to the bot worth the stuff he buys always so I really prefer a visible line of cash on the bot To prevent such issues.

Nice Summary, I fully agree. Hoax bots, with no cash. I had it recently too. Top price, no cash for buying.

Sounds like a nice idea, but. Changing a rank 19 guy into a rank 20 guys also reflects the ability to destroy the hole guild... Which comes to the conclusion, honestly no. rank 19 can do all the things except destroy the guild itself as far as i Know. So why should it be useful to have a change from 19 to 20? I pointed several times out in several guilds that some good guild structure needs some high level members which are online frequently.

Well if npc buys those we have some more guys who powerlevel because they resell to npc. And for the plain yellow astro stones, I hardly sold to players although advertised for ages on market channel. I tried every few months for some days, none interested, because some guys are sceptic, others dont use them and others I think make themself.

The problem is, you stand before the bot, have made an item, and that bot cant pay for it, such simple. And it occurs quite often. Others offers to buy and sometimes i overlook the slot issue. Sometimes i buy some cheap crap to get rid of my stuff because I am already at the bot. You cant ignore that, because that bad habit, bots without gc is quite often these days. Sellers refer to bots who pay high prices and I sometimes refer that these bots don*t have the cash on them to buy that stuff. This influence prices. Basically I agree with the guy who started this topic.
