when i go to log into the game, it comes up fine... it sayd connected to server and everything. then the screen where you og and put in your passqword and name, i do so and hit enter. then the screen goes white and says error with etertallands blah blah blah, and has to close. my video driver is up to date and everything, so it isnt that. any suggestions?

how do i know where the game is installed? i ahve a problem that seems the same as hers. i use windows if that helps
