Missing SDL_image.dll for Windows 7 machine

I do not have administrator rights to Windows 7 machine so I installed it from home on a flash drive. Unfortunately it appears to need file SDL_image.dll and I can not write that to libraries where other DLL files are. Where do I get it and where can I put it so EL program will recognize it. I am hoping that will be sufficient to allow me to run it from USB drive since I can run other programs on drive. Asking someone with administration rights is useless for they will say it is a non-approved program they do not support.

I find mine in my eternal lands folder, ie 'C:\Program Files\Eternal Lands'
