Magic nullification ward

Just came to my mind a new item: Magic Nullification Ward.

 

Can't use magic for 20 seconds. (no restores, shields, harm, teleports, etc.) [like the city in Grubany Penynsula]

10% + (engineering level)/6 chance for every step while in the range of the ward.

 

Ingredients:

30 Air Essence

80 Magic Essence

30 Death Essence

20 Yew

30 Polished Diamonds

 

An item like this could give a strange twist to the actual PKing, maybe making to use more potions and rings.
