Remote heal on a peace day

Just today, on a Peace Day, I tried to heal my friend with this spell, and I couldn't. Would it be possible to allow the casting of beneficial spells on targets during the Peace Day or would it make a mess out of the server code (the only other such spell is Heal Summoned, though, which doesn't have much use on this day, except for XP perhaps)? If this was the intended behavior, could you explain why? Thanks in advance

I found a somewhat-related topic about this one, but it covered guard bots on guild maps (someone did mention this spell, though). It's locked now, though, but not because of the proposal for Remote Heal spell, I think.
