New client (using update file for Linux) errors

Recommended Posts

I installed the 1.3.2 update file (Linux version). So far it's running fine but I noticed in my error_log.txt:

[22:03:04] Could not read help.xml
[22:03:06] Unknown shirt color "augmented"
[22:03:06] Unable to find id/property node shirt
[22:03:08] Downloading http://www.eternal-lands.com/updates132/files.lst from www.eternal-lands.com
[22:03:09] Error: Can't open file "commands.lst"
[22:03:21] Error: Can't open file "/home/kevin/elcA/.elc//counters_puntif.dat"
[22:04:22] Client closed

I checked the help.xml and it appears to have some "diff" markings in it. I replaced it with the one I got from CVS and that error message went away. I haven't looked into the shirt-related messages yet.

The help.xml thing is weird, given that I delivered an uncorrupted one without diff markup for the update...

EDIT: Hrm, seems en/strings/help.xml now has conflicts between cvs and current. I should probably just delete {en/strings, en/rules.xml, en/knowledge.lst} from freepository and supply a script to retrieve them from the ELC repository.

EDIT 2: OK, now this is weird, it doesn't seem that I even sent out said file. Must have just been in the directory that was used for distribution.
