unable to get on EL?

if you're unable to get on EL because the client crashes or refuses to load, and you've tried the second client entropy posted, then you can try this one.

note that it has a bunch of stuff turned off... there's no music support, no screenshots, the loading window doesn't take a picture to put a progress bar on (this was the fix for a computer with an S3 card I was using), stuff like that

 

you can download it here: elc_ttlanhil_workaround.exe. you must save it to your EL dir. for most people, that will be:

C:\Program Files\Eternal Lands

 

in order to be able to use this client, you will also need to download cal3d_ttlanhil.dll to your EL dir... if you have an older version of windows you may also require msvcp71.dll (to EL dir again)

if you have used my clients before, you probably already have these

 

if you haven't been able to get on with the clients entropy made, and you can with this, then please post with the first 3 lines of #glinfo (video card: vendor, OpenGL version)
