Game isn't working, and graphic update problem.

When I want to create a new character, it won't let me. And it just freezes and screws up my computer. OK,wtf.

 

And I don't understand the update graphic thing. It doesn't make since. What the heck is ATI? Man I just don't understand it.

 

I'm only 12, so I don't know what's going on.

What exactly happens? EL freezes, OK, but when? Do you get an error-message?

 

ATI is a brand of graphics-cards. On Windows-machines, you often need to update your drivers for the cards, especially with ATI-cards. When you have a NVidia-card (another brand) you a probably on the safe side, but don't take my word for it!

 

First, tell us what exactly happens (what do you see, when does it freeze, etc...) We might be able to help you out then
