TheThomas Report post Posted September 25, 2005 my client crashes after ive been in the game 5sec to 5min. Copied the error log for u guys. Log started at 2005-09-25 19:12:33 Error: Can't open file "./textures/fontv.bmp" No Anim: ./animations/player_slash1.caf No Anim: ./animations/player_slash1.caf No Anim: ./animations/player_slash1.caf No Anim: ./animations/player_slash1.caf No Anim: ./animations/player_slash1.caf No Anim: ./animations/player_slash1.caf No Anim: ./animations/canine_pain.caf No Anim: ./animations/canine_pain.caf Error: Can't open file "./textures/particle5.bmp" Error: Can't open file "./textures/particle6.bmp" Error: Can't open file "./textures/particle7.bmp" The slash_1.caf file is repeated like 1000 times so i only took 2 of em and cut the rest away. when the error occurs i have to restart my computer. Sildegaar Report post Posted September 26, 2005 (edited) I agree with jakoblin. Your error log is nothing different than what I had. Try to reinstall after backing up your quest_log/chat_log and carefully deleting the EL folder. If it still doesn't work, then you should try with a more recent graphic card. EDIT: Go see under "Bug reports", you'll notice that most of the time the problem comes from the video card or a specific EL setting.
