i know you think that 4.5 and the half and blah blah vblah. But first its tell you the equation of how much the brick weighs. 3+3/2 ( three, plus 3 divided by 2)

then it says PLUS HALF A BRICK... if ONE brick weighs 3 pounds. Then it tell you a brick weighs 3 pounds plus a half of 3!! which is 1.5. So now the brick is 4.5 lbs. then double it.

Well if a brick weighs 3 pounds plus half a brick. One half of 3 is 1.5 right? So now a brick weighs 4.5 pounds. So 2 bricks would be 4.5 x 2 ( Four and a half multiplied by 2 right?) So the final answer is 9 pounds! That felt good....
