I noticed in the Bans forum that a guild leader was locked..I was just curious as to what happens to the guild...Is it still active and just does not have a level 20 leader? or does the guild ownership (ie. the lev 20) get passed down to next in line?? Or as you suggested to the locked character ..all members just leave and start a new guild??

Yes and these people did not put any time or effort into leveling that character... so i dont think they would care about the time and effort that goes into either making swords (including manu skill, books read ,ore gathering etc.) and also the cost of reading the Hydrogenium books (time included) only to find that you have to sweat blood to get at the stuff... Oh and what is to say that you wont get pked after you pay a fee, harvest the ore... lose your s2e's ..to a guy who paid real money for a character..who now does not even need to get the knowledge to harvest the stuff himself. All i can see this causing is more pain..and a flood of complaints in Outlaws.

Sorry ent..I was talking about ingame wealth not real money..... The only advantage that money in real world would have would be from those that bought the top fighting characters....and that does not mean they are 'rich'... as a few hundred dollars does not make a person rich..(but ingame .. a few hundred k gc ..does make you rich. yeh yeh..I know...Go harvest flowers for a month..then we can all buy the armour ............well mabey 3 months )

Yep ...certainly looks that way.... If it is true it just shows how stupid tristran really is.

Oh well.. I suppose it took me a long time before I even owned a plate armour set... so I can wait just as long for the new armour...(I actually made my own first plate set....so that gives an idea of how long i took to get plate torso )

Its a pity that most of EL players will only get the armour when they either save up for a year..or level up to top of some skills...to get the ore to ta make the new bars required.. See the link Re: hydrogenium

Wow ..that seems a bit excessive... that will make a hydrog bar much more valuable than an efe... I hope that the new armour does not require many..or it will be only the rich and powerful that will have them...and will make all other items (like COL etc) seem like small change to buy.. But I suppose that is the intention..so no point sulking over it... It just appears that with all the restrictions put on the harvest etc..certain people who bought the top level fighters will be able to bully the rest of EL... this will not encourage 'politics' ..It will lead to a dictatorship.

Isn't jamesladd also in that guild...my personal dealings with him would put your claim of honor in question. Phawn Ur about id say 17th person to complain about jamesladd. All i can say is the time he has been with us i do not know of anything bad he has done (the past however..). If we find that he does anything wrong in the future he will be kicked. Dont judge a guild by one person.(They can always be kicked.) Maybe you should read the outlaw posts about him.... He is still fresh in many peoples bad books...thus by your accepting him you taint your guild..Or are you just waiting for him to do something while he is in your guild?? Errm..well doesnt that tell you something?? sheesh what do you need to get the message?? 18 people to complain about him?

Phawn And if you have Dao as an enemy (see your SCAMMER post) then your guilds honour is definately in question..Because Dao does not have any 'Honorable' enemies... and any person with honor would also not have dao marked as an enemy.

As soon as you heard the words..."borrow some stuff" the alarm bells should have been ringing...(especially from somebody you hardly know). To continue this after he showed you he was full of crap....well...nuff said.. I cannot see anything here that makes one an outlaw... but the warning is handy...

I totally agree Lorck... I have spent over a year getting to my level...(other players have spent much longer)... For the first 4 or 5 months I avoided PK maps..as I expected to be killed if I entered....I even had to get a guild escort to complete the wine quest... as i needed to wear mm cape....(and i was so tense and nervouse that we would be attacked..lol..as happened the only people we saw were fem orcs and a fluffy). In my opinion..there are plenty of places to get all the harvestable stuff that are not PK..especially now with c2 available.. And if people want to risk doing this in PK map..then they also must risk death...no matter who dishes it out. I believe that this thread is starting to go in circles now...but I have a feeling that it will drag on..as some seem intent on getting the last word in...

From when is it bagjumping?... Lol ..so if bhara picked up the bag and you pked him..thats ok... If he was sitting on the bag and died on that spot his DB would be mixed with ladys'... it is a bit of a hard one isnt it.....That would make bharas' stuff ok to take (fair pk kill) but ladys' stuff not..because she died to animal.. Then you would have to work out who owned what.... This could take forever to sort out...... like the troubles in the middle east...
