I address this to all concerned with our game, to the owners thank you for this game....long may it last. I thank you for your time and the effort you place into it, I hope it grows into a great business it is worthy of that. To the mods ...I thank you for your time and appreciate the effort you place into it as well. The is one thing that keeps us all together...and it is the love of this game. Recent events within this community have left me thinking.....that there are those who while loving role play are too immature to have any feeling for others. Shenriss and Brisingammen in their postings showed some of their history and introduced themselves, I would like to take from this and do the same. Enyo introduced me to this game....which until recently I played in a solitary way.....having other considerations...and not too much time to play, I will never be anything more than a mediocre player....but, I do enjoy it. I have received only one caution in my time playing.....for (wait for it) abuse to Gryflet!!!!!. I was made aware of the postings....that appeared on Enyos site by a non EL related friend, yes I was embarressed ...annoyed .....and still feel angry. At no time was any support shown by people who made the decisions to contact me to ask me did I feel action should be taken. There was not one posting made by these same people in any fashion acknowledging myself...and the other folk who had filth used in our names. The action taken was in the names of Enyo, Rogue and Learner!!! may I now remind you that other commited players of this game were also innocent parties. I have waited for the ban to be nearly over before writing...and have no desire to see any further action taken on this matter, This will be my last word on this and will not respond to any posting written in reply. Most of those banned I do not know ...the others I have shared a few passing words. To those of you (who posted this filth) that don't know me...long may that continue, to those of you that have spoken...well please ignore me. The response of the other injured parties ...I have found interesting...Argian a man of few words said it all. I admired the steps others are taking...with regards certain of these players, I fully agree a complete ban would have been better, i notice with further interest the reply on the guild forum from Shivar which made me totally sure he feels no embarressment nor any remorse. Some of them might be kids...but that makes it even worse. My Kids are grown....but I would still hang my head with shame if they wrote the things I saw on this site. I would like to point out that part of this punishment is for a six month probation .....well, one of the accused players has only just received this already...does this run concurrant with his latest period of probation?. To Enyo...I am glad you deleted the hugg fest replies......and am sure you did this for others feelings. To the person who posted as Daddy George....I would like to suggest you do exercise the same parental control you mentioned...and if the player og CG is really your 14 year old son....check his chat logs...he has a potty mouth(maybe you can wash his fingers with soap?). I look to find a plus in any of this....and in the words written by Shenriss and Brisingammen ...I find it.....I have only met you both once...but hope to get to know you both. To those others that make this game great......you know who you are!!!! and I thank you. John aka Vamp!!!

Thank you for that clarification. Based on this I would like to know...that after the ip address of each of the people posting was checked and compared with the ip you hold ...it is my understanding that a further check was made showing that these same people were also logged in to EL?. If this is correct...then I think it safe to assume that the mods know who impersonated ..or to say the least made each of these posts?, if you can confirm this I will then make a separate formal complaint against the person who impersonated me. Thank you.

I hope others read this.....I have since found out you are....I believe a very young person. I respect what you wrote here..it shows wisdom beyond your years. It shows dignity and it shows remorse. If only other players took a lesson from you....I believe you Gryflet...and wish you well.

Don't sound so indignant nor so defensive.....to me the whole bunch of you are beneath contempt...and are pathetic. Mine was...... And you..... quite frankly...did what to stop this???? your brother is on probation....your own game play at risk!!! You are older than the others.....do not feel hard done by You could have stopped this. You and your brother built your game to high levels....others bought or had their (it is alledged!!) dads build it for them You have more to risk!!!. well......as one who was impersonated, I would like to add to this thread. I ask the Mods to leave it here please. It was you who took EL to another site...it was you who freely decided to have a "cheap" laugh at others expense. Whichever one of you choose to impersonate me....is your business. I saw the postings......and well....you have been treated fairly some might even say too fairly. All you have shown is that you treat others in a shabby and shoody fashion and boys you are pathetic....lololol. It is again obvious...that like me.....EL means something to you...enough for you to post to get reinstated.......just ask yourself this"is having a laugh worth it"???? especially as having the last laugh is what counts.

To Shivar.....ummm leadership carries responsabilities, even on an online game. So, maybe a little more "understanding" would increase your stature. While it is easy to accept certain behavior from a kid...... it should not be encouraged. Have a great day.
