    As much as I know, EL has such low fps, because it doesn't use directx. That's what I've been told.

    Hmmm, I didn't have time to read my story. I had to clear up, that the plan for them is, to kill them selves (also missed to mention, they were total fanatics, I apparently crapped all over the story), so noone can be an actual threat to the council's power. Also they didn't kill Luxy, becuz he's way to 1337 4 them.

  4. What EL lacks big time is, char uniqueness. So every1 strives 4 tehzorz samezorz eqzorz. What I sugg is that , based on a random factor, manu, mag and craft lvl, you can get an enchanted item. I.E. a serp with +5 hp , or a staff with +5 mp , or a s2e with double dmg, etc. This would make ppl look for different eq, like, smn wants more hp, or smn wants more HP, or wants to uber pk. Now every1 one wants a foolpl8 and a serp.
  5. The level caps should be seriously decreased, they must be reacheable. Right now EL has too many players, therefore too many ppl offer stuff, and are forced to undercut eachother. A lot of ppl make anus haul lot loads of items, just to lvl. (Remember the destruction of moon med price). So after they reach the cap , they dont need to make as many items, so the offer will be less. Open for discussion.

    I sugg, that there should be different cooldown times, depending on encumbrance. The system can be non round based, the char can swing after the cooldown time, x ms, so char 1 has a cooldown of 500 ms, and char two has a cooldown of 750 ms. Char 1 swings before 2 can respond, 2 blocks, so he has to wait for his att to cooldown ( all in all 1250 ms have passed untill he can reswing). During that time , 1 swings again, this time 2 dodges, so he gets to swing, since he hasn't done any action with a weap. He swings and damages 1. Now 1 can't swing untill half of his normal cooldown has passed. This can make fights longer, and more interesting, especially with the Hatred skill i sugged.

  9. What i meant was that some ppl make items just to lvl. The unreachable lvl cap means a lot less ppl leave the game , then normally should (in other games i play, most ppl quit because they reach the lvl cap). So if they reachy the cap : 1. Less items to hit the market- less competition, but less monopoly. 2. That would help new players compete in the market. Undercutting is basically competition , because, i'd have my goods sold, than let em rot in stock.

    Oh, this way we can make dual wielding balanced, 1/2 cooldown, -1/2 chance to block, 75% normal dmg. I.E. I'd love to wield a special sword that can be a two-hander, because of its weight, but can be split in two pieces (radially), Wen-En-Zhur style (srry , prolly misspelled it). And also a special flax armor, made from a specials metal, that can be similar to leather in encumbrance , and iron in protection.
  12. We should change the capes , so they could look more spectacular. For example the mirror cape should look as if it is made from water, and it should reflect stuff. The mod capes should emit really strong white light, the monster mag can have a pulsing light , etc. So whatya think ??
  13. We could have two sides, that constantly fight a war, and pk eachother on any map other than ip. The can be two major cities, or so to which you can pledge allegiance after a certain lvl. Of course many ppl are gonna whine for being pked, their can be a pacifist option - cannot be attacked by, and cannot attack other players. This can be change by a command #pacifist or so, which you are allowed to change every 4 ingame days, so it cant be abused. Pacifist may also prevent u to enter pvp maps, but that maybe an overkill. Like it? "Reasonable" enough?

    We could possibly have them like two volunteers armies, i.e. trik's army , and another npc's army, so we wont get everyone in the war.
  15. Slaves

    I suggest a slavecatcher npc or a skill. We could have normal ppl in houes , that you can enslave. You then store the slaves , in a special storage. They can be used as warriors, since their cheap and expendible. You can also make a stationary weapon that hurls slaves @ opponents ( i.e. when guild wars get implemented). I previously sugged a new skill , Hatred , which can be upped by torturing the slaves. I'll do a search on it and post a link to my topic.

    Ignore local will own. A friend once created a char named Harvest, and everyone had him on ignore because the harving wasnt automatical these days.

    Yes, and maybe the exc cape can be all covered in vegetation , and there can be branches petruding from it.. Give suggs for FR, PS and C capes.

    The mm can look like the glowies (mag swords), I can make a large sphere around it in MS, so it could like emmiting a really large light.

    Thanks for the feedback. If not with WSC an PL this can be implemented, with 2 new cities, prolly on the new continent. I will keep coming up with conflicts, that is but my field of expertiese.
  21. Remove ALL moneydrains. This will remove the need for gold. This way noone will trade for gold , everyone will trade item-4-item. The second thing is a punishment for price undercutters. Prices will be periodically anounced by #jc 3 ( trust more ppl to mod it ). If any1 sells at 0.00000000000000000000000000000000001 gc (if any1 will still be usin them ) different price, he will be warned several times, and there comes the new punishment - deprive. you can #deprive someone from a skill/item , it would bring the skill to 0 , or will destroy all of the given item in storage and inv. Something can be done to remove the need for books, since they contradict with the main reason for advertising the game.

I did an overkill with the planned economy, but the barter is the best way of trading. I play MU and lots other stuff where jing is basically useless, because players trade items for items, and noone whines about economy.
  23. New Manufacturing System

    with such a system , chain armor will be a pain to make. have you an idea how complicated it will be? 1 you have to reach a temperature to draw a wire. then you need something to cut pieces of the wire with an equal lenght, then something circular to twist the stuff properly, and loads of other. Oh and for crafting you'd have to spend a day chipping molds for rings , and fine tuning and stuff

    I have taken lots of histoy classes , besides the game is pre-emancipation. And look at LRNR with all those poor ants being worked to death.
