90/90/130/130 + thermal serp + COL = completely safe.

Perhaps adding an enriched magic essence to the formula would make it suffciently more expensive to make a Ring of Power. Current market price for for EME is 10k. With ROP market price of 15k, that leaves enough room for a decent price on binding stones and for crafters profit. This profit margin is a lot less than profit than ROP produced the old fashioned way, but there will be many more made using the binding stone formula.

Keep training until you get trolls and up. They drop like crazy.

You have to consider what the OTHER formulas that use the binding stone do its price as well. 10 srs + 1 biding stone = extra mana potion. 200 + ? = 300. Following this you get a binding stone price of 100gp. Since there seems to be quite a few binding stones out there, sustaining the 12k price for ROP seems unlikely.

With cool down, maybe you time to use 1-2 before you win or have to flee. Won't be really a big deal. COL have made thermal serps an obligation for serious pk.

You dont get it. Once you get your target number of tickets sold, then you go buy what you are giving away. Anything over that is profit. If you dont sell enough tickets to buy the item, cancel the lottery and return money.

No one is buying tickets, because.... they do the math: 150 x 2000 = 300k 300k - 130k = 170000( thats your profit if you sell all tickets) Kinda smells funny.

They only way that this spell would be even fesible was if there was some (high) chance that all of the items didnt make it to storage.

This perk doesnt really fit the same design as other negative perks in the game. They all have persistent affect on gameplay. This perk would be a freebie to players with no real consequence. Most players learn, after resetting a few times, the perks they like for their character build. Almonst EVERYONE, including non-pkrs, would take this perk as the 'negative' consequence is a non issue.

Add a few fe and few energy ess, then you got nice little explosion. Add an efe and there goes half of c2.

There is no fear of being jumped. Just learn how to quickly use diss and tele rings.

The a/d restrictions purely by themselves wouldnt be an accurate determining factor in a pvp. As most people have played this game realize phys/coord (particulaly coord) count alot more than a/d does in general. The restrictions suggested would be better serverd if they took some kind formula that wieghed all pvp stats. I also like this suggested 'lookup' feature. The accuracy of this lookup, could be determined by perception.
