The lowest skill category would have active players, because you have to be quite active to raise all 9 skills to say, lvl 20. There are plenty of active people who work on all their skills, so there wouldn't be any room for inactive players. You don't get on the list by making your skills as low as possible. You get on it by working on all your skills as much as possible, so that your lowest one is high.

I didn't say make a list of the lowest 50 lowest skills, I said make a list of the highest 50 lowest skills. I gave an example of how to determine lowest skill above, the people with the 50 highest levels obtained that way will be listed. So if 50 people have at least lvl 1 in every skill, there will be no 0's on the list.

I counted 25: 15 standing near Ryuu and 10 in the lower left corner. P.S. Mad_Raven, 250 bones isn't a lot, I have over 5k in storage.

We could involve a bunch of people in drawing the number to make it fair. One person could pick 3 numbers and everyone else could come up with an arbitary one to one mapping from the numbers 1 to 40 to the numbers 1 to 40. Then we take the three numbers and run them through everyone's mappings in a predetermined order, and we get numbers that are pretty much random. The only problem with this idea is everyone has to turn in their numbers/mapping at the same time, or else the last person could adjust theirs to make the numbers work out to their advantage, but it should be possible in some way, even if it means trying to get a bunch of people to post in local chat at the exact same time.

I'll tell you why this smells funny. The lottery probably has a negative expected outcome, so Satan and Black will make more money off the lottery than the value of the prizes they put in. People who enter the lottery will lose money on average. Sure, some people will win, but on average the value gained will be negative. That's the way real gambling works. The people who own the lottery make money, and the people who play it lose money on average. Post here if I'm wrong Satan and Black, and your lottery actually has a positive expected outcome. Be sure to list the prizes you'll be giving out and whether the prizes will change if more people sign up.
