I just installed the game and when I run it, it says that my IP is banned. I don't think I have played this game before (surely not last few years). I have this IP for more than a year now and don't think that my ISP is using NAT. Can you check why my IP is banned and possibly lift the ban?

PS: Just FYI - even though the game said my IP is banned, I tried to create one character (and of course was unable to start the game).
