    I like the idea of elemental attack spells, but maybe have it so you need magic nexus to cast them as well as some armour restrictions, or need the caster to have a certain staff for certain spells (then you could have fire mages, etc).

    A daily magic quest would be nice too, though would need careful planning as you couldn't 'buy' the needed (like the manu & engineering based one's) and if you get spells way above your level you may wait a LONG time to do it.

    I'm afraid I use the same for the hash key (also have some common has key based commands saved in the notepad too, which helps) and yes I get the occasional crash too when pasting.

     

    The only way I'v found to prevent this is when copying out of the notepad, if the type curser keeps flashing you should be ok, if it stops flashing try copying again.

    I used to have the perk when I was a lower level & needed the PPs, but now I don't think its worth it.

    I got bombed twice, both time when I died & on returning to my db someone had placed mines around it to get more stuff off me. I also got bombed once in VotD sto & then on return, died at the boat, lost full iron set. Unless you can afford to buy rosts off Radu every week, its gunna be a real pain.

    So far everything works well for me, except the reflections don't work. the old client handled this fine, but the water is just flat blue now.

    :'( I can't look at myself in the water anymore.

    Trying new client now, all looks good so far.

    Just a note (though I know isn't part of official release so can be ignored) I tried some customs maps & it made all the object graphics turn into small black blocks, but just tried for a sec & am using original release package again.

    Just wanted to point as as a PAL member and on the council that there was a fall out Kahlan_Amnell with some members of PAL (not myself), but no hard feelings are left towards her and we do not talk about her in a bed way anymore. The certain member who she really fell out with is no longer with us anyway.

    I speak for PAL in general that we wish Kahlan_Amnell a quick recovery from surgery and good luck with the new guild.

    Hi.

    I run game off a mac ok, but with some graphic options turned off.

    Check the mac development thread in forums for help and try putting the options (available before you log in) to 'poor man' and turn of things like reflections.
