    Perk name: Dedicated Mixer definitely subject to abuse. You go in Instance as mule and revert to human form and can not move. Sit down, put armor on, restore/get back mana and when attacked you have a HUGE amount of stuff. Also allows person who find hyperbag to carry more temporarily and then use ring to go somewhere else.

     

    I don't do instances, so this did not occur to me. This would be an easy fix, just not allow them in instances (or any pvp). I do not see a problem with hyperbags though, but you can just make it so you can't tele while over your normal EMU if this is a problem

    I like this game because:

     

    As with everyone else has said the community is really good. Any other mmorpg has immature kids and they just want to beat everyone shitless, EL has a good community with mature players who actually work together.

     

    Not just that but the game is so different to any other, it is a very well thought out game,with 1000's of items, heaps of enjoyable skills and the fact that there is always something to do.

     

    overall EL is a great UNIQUE game and i find it very enjoyable (alot of games consist of hours of grinding, so not very fun)

    With so many different player names in EL, I was wondering how the people behind them picked them. I named my character after my pet cockatoo, Moe Bird. Is there a story behind your player name?

     

    hmm lol moebird i always thought you chose your name as an anagram of : im bored

     

    anywayz, ive had a few:

     

    reperia: was my first, choise it beause it sounded fantasy type, hanged it because people thought i was a chick :cry:

     

    dremora: i liked this name, got it from one of the best games: morrowind, changed because of same problem

     

    rathz is my current (untll tomorrow read below): i got it from a friend of mine from another mmorpg, he was a pro archer :)

     

    tomorrow i am considering changing my name to: CyberFairy if anyone has heard of timesplitters? no im not queer - sorry

     

    yeah i think im addicted to name changes, ive played all up around 4 months, and i like changing myname :P

    i say this day is a great idea, i mean it doesnt STOP fighters from training... so stop your bitching.. i mean its is for 6 hours and it doesnt stop you from training just go pk or something. if fighters cant get their own way they bitch, just deal with it for once like mixers always have to.

     

    anywayz would be good for everyone because it would encourage the useage of skills a player wouldnt normally use

     

    well this is my opinion hopefully it gets implemented

    NEGATIVES:

    1. all-rounders will be usless

    2. ruins the fun of the game(with everyone haveing lots of alts)

    3. the max players logged will have to be increased because of all the alts

    4. storages and harvest ares will be over-crowded with the alts

    5. would give fighters a major advantage as the can take HoS and anti and other neg perks which wont affect them

    6. ppl would have at least 2 characters, a fighter for fighting.. and of course the mixer so the fighter gets free pps and gets the items they need

    7. there would be mass flooding of the popular items and everyone will be wearing good armour

    8. more names will be taken up(i know this isnt a major thing, but if 2000 people have 10 characters each then thats 20000 names that could be used by someone else, making this rule legal would mean more characters, so more names)

    9. levels will be WAY to easy to lvl because you can get ingreds fast. the game is meant to be a challenge not where everyone has the best lvls over 100 etc, if anyone wants easy lvls go play runescape...

    10. more lag because of many characters

    11. there will be no stratergy to where you put pp's (or VERY little)

    12. people will take all the high lvl monster spawns with their alts, means easier leveling for the main fighter

    13. RUINS THE ECONOMY!

    14. less social people as everyone will be controlling there alts while there main is fighting/mixing etc

     

    POSITIVES:

    1. lets same ip characters trade, i dont mean an alt i mean 2 brothers etc.

    2. makes mods job a bit easier(dont have to ban so many ppls for it) but if this is the case get more help

     

    this is all i can think off the top of my head, as i see it the negatives outway the positives by alot. there are way too many negatives as to the positives, and changes are generally meant to be positive.

     

    i vote no for sure and hope this never gets implemented, however it would be good if you did a thing in your shop. where if players want an alt where rule 5 is made legal it would cost 50$,possibly only 1 alt per person/ip (cant have to cheap or everyone will want, and supplies some bricks :) ) this will mean the game wont be flooded with alts and you get money for it, works for all of us

    Where are these Historical Records? Who are you referring to exactly ? Please provide information to back this up ! Seriously guys if you are able to do this you both deserve to be made St's !! Id LOVE to see some of these historical records please. As to date, nobody on planet earth has been able to provide ONE account from anybody living at the same time as when the big J.C was supposed to.

    Any real scientist doesn't say Jesus wasn't real person. There is more historical reconds about him than most of other historical persons. And yes bible is included in these historical records. There is so much different writers writing about him, that he mush have existed. Do u think all those people who wrote bible, just applied that there is mythical person named Jesus? It's different thing do u believe in his miracles or not, but there sure was person named Jesus

     

    Secondly there is some records about Jesus outside of Bible too. I just can't remember what they was.

     

    Anyways I don't understand why people are crying "OMFG there sure wasn't person named Jesus etc. etc." Why is it so hard to believe, that maybe there is something true in bible? U think that if u believe Jesus was a real person, u have to believe that whole bible is true?

     

    just because there is so many ppl writing about him doesnt prove anything... its sorta like santa clause.. its by word of mouth one person says it they pass it on and it spreads.. just because santa clause is talked about alot doesnt mean he is real..

    the bible doesnt proove anything, if i payed 1000 people to right a book very similar to the one i wrote about a ceartin religion... then in 2000 yrs time it doesnt mean it is real just because so many ppl write about it. please note im not saying one guy payed many ppl to write the bible, im just saying there are many ways to pass on one thing to another person.

    If I was that level of a bible or history scholar I sure wouldn't be spending time playing EL or posting on these forums. :closedeyes: I haven't done the research myself, I'm just relaying the bottom-line from teachings I've heard over the years. Lots of facts and figures about written records, levels of independent verification, eyewitness accounts and their level of accuracy. Historical records. Yada, yada, yada.

     

    I doubt I could prove natural selection to anyone either. But I remember enough from studying it in school (selective breeding to control flower colors, coloration of moths, predator/prey pressure on genetics, etc) to know it's real. A quick trip to a library would produce the books I'd need to refresh my memory.

     

    If you're truly interested you can walk into most any bible bookstore and ask for books on these or related topics and get any number of good sources by experts who have done the years of research. Then instead of just claiming there's no proof, you can judge the evidence for yourself and make an informed decision.

     

    But it's a big topic. Don't expect someone to spoon-feed us a couple paragraphs in a forum post to summarize hundreds or thousands of pages of discussion on the subject.

     

    And that is way more off-topic from animals and souls than I wanted to ever go.

     

    while i agree with saying that there has been people who have spent 20+ years reserching about jesus, there is no physical proof, just because about 1 billion christians beleive in it doesnt mean its real

     

    (seriously feeding 4000 people with a loaf of bread and 3 fish or something close) there are also alot of other researchers for different religions, doesnt mean there 20 yrs or more means anything

    a soul is something you must beleive in first.. sorta like a religion(the beleiving part not the actual religion..)

     

    like some people beleive in J.C but there is no hard proof he existed(yet about 1 billion christians) so it comes down to

    do you beleive in a soul... you cant see it.. there is no proof of it

     

    i still beleive that if humans have a "soul" then animals will too because we are the same as them but a more developed race. i think animals have emotions and thoughts.. possibly a personality but i wouldnt call this a soul..

     

    so it comes down to if you beleive there is such thing as a soul etc etc.
